Umm...Chanel is probably my biggest weakness. I bought A LOT of these collections and have loved or plan to love them all! I have enjoyed how the colors in these recent collections tend to build on each other over time. It feels like there's been an overarching purple theme in the eye makeup and also the lighter greens, etc. I am here for it! Happy Holidays and thanks for being amazing, @rebecca!
WOW! Chanel had a great year! (And I didn’t realize how much Chanel I bought over 2024!) I bought Eclat de Nuit, then both Rivage and Coral Treasure. I LOVE all 3 of these. I got Shade 3:00 of the white case lipsticks. I hardly ever wear it because the shade is too bright on me. I did it on purpose to not keep buying the same thing over and over. But there’s a reason I buy those same shades-they look good on me! 😂 But I loved the formula. I bought the Jade and the Brun Talpa in the singles. I like them both a lot. I put both of the blush/highlighter duos in and out of a cart for weeks. I just couldn’t decide. I finally said no because I was so hesitant. Ultimately I don’t regret it because of what came next…. THE CREAM TO POWDER BLUSHES! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I kept buying one, then another, then another until I had all 5. They are my favorite released of any brand in 2024. If they’d do more shades, I’d literally need no other blushes ever. I haven’t picked up one of the new powder blushes, yet. I thought I’d wait to be sure I get the new formula just as you did. I am not buying any spring releases until we’re at least in 2025 for crying out loud!!

I agree with you completely. Love Chanel beauty, however I pretty much ignored all releases this year until Holiday then I went crazy and bought it all and am thoroughly enjoying every item. I love these roundups…now I need to get caught up on my comments. I did not buy much Chanel this year, just 4 blushes and 1 lipstick. But I love everything I did buy, and don’t have fomo on those I didn’t. I think a big part of that is due to your excellent reviews that help me choose wisely.
Happy Holidays Everyone!!! I've had a real love affair with Chanel Beauty this year, making purchases from all of the collections! I love their foundations and collect the LE blushes and highlighters. I adore the oversized face and eye palettes and cannot wait to get my hands on the new one for spring! My fave of the year was the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Powder Trios (I bought all 5 shades), however the cream to powder blushes were a close 2nd!
Hi Rebecca, Merry Christmas!🙂 Chanel is one of my fav brand but I wasn’t impressed this year. I didn’t buy any eyeshadow and highlighter. I skipped the creme to powder blushes because I think they put a bottle of fragrance in each one. 😂 All I got was the lipstick 7:00, one of the duo blush+ highlighter and some nail polish. I love Chanel and I think I bought something from almost all the releases in 2024! My favorites were the cream to powder blushes and the bronzer/blush/highlighter trios. I love Nasy (and all the staff at FI is great), she never steers me in the wrong direction and will always let me know what she likes best on me when we try on the makeup. Great video, Rebecca!
I used to only buy Chanel lipsticks because I loved their reds. However, since Chanel introduced the oversized face palettes & the cream to powder blusher I am paying them more attention 😊💕
Didja notice though, a lot of things that would normally sell out fast are still available? The Takeaway sets are still up on the Chanel site as are most of the Holiday gift sets...which are also on the Ulta site still. I might pick one up because McHubby always gets me gift cards for Christmas/Bday 🎁

Hi Rebecca. I bought the summer blush/bronze/highlight pallet and nail polish. Their nail polish is the best! I don't go for manicures, so I justify the price that way😅. I bought the OPI fake gel kit. The Chanel is better and lasts longer, even with a Sally Hanson topper. I want to get the cream to powder blush, and that new big 4 pan looks really nice and usable. I love, love the Chanel foundations. I haven’t found a foundation I like better than Chanel. I love their lipsticks too. I bought the coral blush duo, and thought it was “meh”. Money wasted on this one. I’m going to pick up the cream to powder blush, I had one of those years ago, and it was my favorite blush formula ever, with Bobbie brown a close 2nd. Believe me, I tried so many cream blushes, and they didn’t last on me (dry skin here). So, I’m thinking the Chanel cream to powder will be like the one I had years ago. I also love Chanel fragrances. I was really underwhelmed by Chanel this year but hey money saved. I did get the Berry blush duo but it is so light on me...I do use it but meh. What I really liked the most is when I bought it at Ulta, they had a GWP from ColourPop. A whole set with a palette, mascara, lip gloss...I gave everything away but kept the Petals en Pointe 9 pan & love it. It's one of the best eyeshadow I've ever used...never tried ColourPop before 🤔
I want the big compacts to come with a big brush this year - i love those! Now why skip it with the most exspensive items?? And the sun-kissed powders..particularly relying on a flat brush yet they still skipped it. What the the hell, Chanel! Just resisted getting the new highlighter quad as well. They have to step it up this year, bc i'll do a no buy unless it is sth really special in LE 😊
@ not fit, chanel reformulated their blushes w/ mica. Instead of talc. Unfortunately, you dont get the payoff, color intensity nor finish w/ talc. Used to ❤❤ all chanel. But eyeshadow formulas seems like cover girl blush ❤❤ the chanel chanel snowglobe😊

BR22 is probably my best fit (was a little light on you and now I am thinking may be a little to pink on me). So have been testing B20, BR22 and BR32 (BR32 seems to dark (NOT PINK) on me. The Grenat Profond cream to powder blush is stunning! And for the person complaining they are “sick of red blushes no one can wear,” they are totally wearable and BEAUTIFUL on darker skin tones! I completely forgot about the Tarot release! Yes! I bought the Enchanted Night Face palette because of your review. I LOVE IT!! This was definitely a chanel year for me. I got the 0700 lipstick and the jade and pearly white single eyeshadows. Oh and two of the cream to powder blushes! I also love their foundations. I love your chanel reviews as it's really helpful to know what I'll actually use.
Thank you for doing this round up! A reminder to pace our selves and I prob don’t need this current spring release. My favorite from 2024 is the berry (grenat profund) blush and scintillment Baume essential! Bahaha I prob didn’t need to hit everything else I bought ❤️
I buy almost exclusively Chanel and found this year very hit and miss. I bought none of the spring collection, none of the tarot collection and none of Holiday collection but loved the healthy glow powder and the more neutral shimmers in the single eyeshadows. I do hope they bring out the two quads that were reviewed on some accounts a few months back.

I have the cream to powder blush in Rose Ardent coming my way any day, and earlier I got the spring Lilas Poudre single shadow. I have been seriously considering Brun Talpa-is it good? Is it the same as “new Talpa”? And I am probably going to get the Spring Menthe green when I can. (I bought an older Baume Essentiel this year, in Dragee. I don’t always buy the new stuff.)

I’m a long time Chanel beauty shopper and I think the volume does not equal better. The spring highlighter was a disaster although I enjoyed the quads. Fall Halloween… I mean… it was polarizing and so was holiday.. so NOT traditional Chanel. The cometes are a very odd choice for a heritage brand. I got almost everything though because I still love them and i’m not super mad about the experiments as long as they keep it Chanel DNA.. no over pigment, etc..

Oddly enough, I did not purchase any of these releases. I am waiting for the new director to shine :) I did re-purchase the Chanel Sublimage Concealer as I have not found anything better for my undereye area and spot concealing as foundation.

This was definitely a chanel year for me. I got the 0700 lipstick and the jade and pearly white single eyeshadows. Oh and two of the cream to powder blushes! I also love their foundations. I love your chanel reviews as it's really helpful to know what I'll actually use.

Thank you for doing this round up! A reminder to pace our selves and I prob don’t need this current spring release. My favorite from 2024 is the berry (grenat profund) blush and scintillment Baume essential! Bahaha I prob didn’t need to hit everything else I bought ❤️

I buy almost exclusively Chanel and found this year very hit and miss. I bought none of the spring collection, none of the tarot collection and none of Holiday collection but loved the healthy glow powder and the more neutral shimmers in the single eyeshadows. I do hope they bring out the two quads that were reviewed on some accounts a few months back.

I love Chanel and that's where is spend most of my money but this year wasn't great. someone in CHANEL forgot that it's not only about the cool packaging but actually how great the product is when it's on my face. This year my money went to VB beauty, WA , Lisa Eldridge and makeup by Mario

I have the cream to powder blush in Rose Ardent coming my way any day, and earlier I got the spring Lilas Poudre single shadow. I have been seriously considering Brun Talpa-is it good? Is it the same as “new Talpa”? And I am probably going to get the Spring Menthe green when I can. (I bought an older Baume Essentiel this year, in Dragee. I don’t always buy the new stuff.)
I don’t blame you for not always buying the new stuff. Most of their permanent collection is really where the finds are

I’m a long time Chanel beauty shopper and I think the volume does not equal better. The spring highlighter was a disaster although I enjoyed the quads. Fall Halloween… I mean… it was polarizing and so was holiday.. so NOT traditional Chanel. The cometes are a very odd choice for a heritage brand. I got almost everything though because I still love them and i’m not super mad about the experiments as long as they keep it Chanel DNA.. no over pigment, etc..
It's definitely a lot of product for one year and not all of it hit the mark.

Oddly enough, I did not purchase any of these releases. I am waiting for the new director to shine :) I did re-purchase the Chanel Sublimage Concealer as I have not found anything better for my undereye area and spot concealing as foundation.

It’s funny because I remember not really loving the mermaid glow but then I looked at it this time when I was doing this video and I liked it a lot more. I wonder if the glittery highlighter influenced me negatively about the Baum .
