I could be wrong, but i remember my old bassoon mentor (Herbert Fawcett, R.I.P.) telling me that one of those particularly spicy notes (i believe it was one of the chromatic notes at 2:14) was seen by many basoonists at the time as a mistake so they didnt play it exactly the same. But he had the opportunity to actually talk with Stravinsky and he said that he made it specifically sound off key because thats how he wanted it to sound.
