Watching this, I just noticed how Paolo is very polite when he is filming the videos. He is out of the way, and also speaks softly when he has to. Haha! When he is filming in the middle of the street, it was at nighttime, and not much people in the way. Just my observation! :) Great video overall.

A Mass Look what I’m about to say is strictly my opinion so don’t take it personally but when I’m in Japan I didn’t want to see sexual shit like there is in the red light district, I want to keep my opinion of Japan as pure as possible and when I saw that I was grossed out to be honest, it really put me off. But go see how you feel about it explore and experience.

If you like art supplies and stationary you HAVE to go to Sekaido. It’s a bunch of floors with art supplies, paper, postcards, planners, and even a little art gallery on top. It’s right on shinjuku avenue and you can’t miss it due to its funny Mona Lisa logo

I wanted to hear Japanese music more, like the night clubs, what do they wear, drink, dancing like a rave or partying, this was cool bro, us kiwi's are quiet but in Fiji, I met heaps of Japanese, really nice people, the yanks are very loud I thought, so I hung out with some Japanese people because they are much more nicer. I would love to go to Japan, but too scared of so many people in that city, it's huge. Love the video's x

Shinjuku has so much shopping it's crazy! Several department stores, shopping centers, the giant electronics stores, an awesome used bookstore with tons of manga and anime stuff, and lots of small shops all over. I don't even consider myself a big shopper and I had to tear myself away from the stores or I would have spent the whole trip there!
I always stay in Shinjuku when I am in Tokyo! Gosh that place is amazing! Its a shoppers' paradise! LOVE LOVE the Isetan Men's section. GOSH! And the watch selection in Yodobashi is HUGE. Especially the Japanese brands, and good price too.

Paolo thank you for this very informative video,i viewed it before we stayed at the hotel Gracery in november 2018 and completed about 90 per cent of what you showed.my favorite was the food court in Isatan, where we bought a lot of yummy food and then headed up to the park on the roof of Isatan it was just amazing having the park almost to ourselves will be back next year. thanks again.

Just got back from a week in Tokyo, stayed at Shinjuku, and visited almost every place you suggested. I should say you did not disappoint! Will definitely go back, if that’s enough reason to watch your videos again. Thanks for helping us enjoy our vacation!

Winter is super cold out here and since you will probably be walking around a lot, dress warm. I usually wear a down jacket.

Almost got to Osaka in 1990 but was in Navy and got called to "Desert Storm" in the Persian Gulf...sucked!!! missed out on Japan...Australia etc. Why do some Japanese folks wear face masks??? not sure why there are so many dislikes??? Paulo's a cool dude!!!! That's the guy I wanna meet if in Japan to "show me the ropes" especially in the red light!!!!!
@@mechagojira6951 most japanese wear face masks to avoid getting sick, to not let their sickness spread(usually a cold) or when they just don't want their faces to be seen

Paolo thank you for this very informative video,i viewed it before we stayed at the hotel Gracery in november 2018 and completed about 90 per cent of what you showed.my favorite was the food court in Isatan, where we bought a lot of yummy food and then headed up to the park on the roof of Isatan it was just amazing having the park almost to ourselves will be back next year. thanks again.
