DUNK SESSION: May 2019

    Some throwback dunk sessions from May 2019. Video quality is compressed as I retrieved these clips from my google photos back-up after one of my hard drives died. Was also missing a tripod at the time, hence the super low angles.
    Just after that first session in this video I got the call up for the FIBA 3x3 2019 Chengdu dunk contest. I then proceeded to strain a muscle in my neck, which stopped me from practising or lifting for 2 weeks. The next 3 sessions are from after that recovery, where I was specifically repping out dunks I wanted to try in Chengdu. In the end I only ended up using the 360 BTL in the contest, but in hindsight should've tried the 2 hand BTL as it had become consistent enough. Might post a video of that 2019 Chengdu trip as well if anyone wants to see it.

      I think last year before my injury absolutely. Even now I think I'm more consistent compared to back then. Better now at knowing what adjustments to make when missing dunks and when to move on to another dunk. Also have a deeper bag now
