Lee has gotta be one of the most REALISTIC no BS fight trainers I've seen. He constantly tries to replicate the intensity & ugliness of real-world violent scenarios & doesn't hold back when practicing simple, but effective, combative drills. It mightn't be fancy or pretty, but I guarantee you that his senior students would be VERY well prepared for real-world threats & violence. Nice job Lee.

This is so good!!! That intent and intensiveness with an F U! exclamation when you strike and are fully committed makes a huge difference when training.
Using soft hits during training won't do you any favors in real life combat.
