    I just put them in a blender and grind them and then i fry them for like 5 to 10 minutes on thin oil.
    Very satisfying meal.

    Thank you so much for the recipe! I made it today along with adobo chicken and rice and it was a big hit with the family! Will be making it often! 👍

    Was at the grocery today and found myself staring at carrots because I didn't know what to do with them so this comes just at the right time.

    Will try this, as it sounds delicious. I would suggest using olive oil or another healthy oil instead of canola.

      Olive oil expensive in asian countries. Almost twice the price of canola oil. So not really an option. I still used it for salad and recipes that require olive oil.

    A lot of "inneddible" foods can be made very much eddible by grinding them into smaller pieces.

      You know, carrots get a bad rep - they just always seem so "boring". I tried doing a google search and either usually stewed, roasted or "honey glazed". Common now, they need some love too!

    In stead of oil can you use butter?

    • @WeekendsWithG
      @WeekendsWithG  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Of course! However, know that butter will burn/caramelize faster than regular oil so with the amount of time you're cooking this in the pan make sure you watch it carefully.
