    He is probably a broker himself, mark myyy words.. property rate are going high cause these broker wants high comission , wait for a big disaster in around 4-6 years time, this is gonna blow, these brokers will be the first one to exit.😂

    rates are inflated coz today at10k per sqft, one can get flat on Dwarka expressway which is near to existing airport IGI .

      Nothing is available at Dwarka exp in less than 13-14k. Also 13-14k you will get high dense project of good builder.
      Faaltu builders k 5-6k pe bhi available h but no one buys that. Sector 150 is very fairly priced at 10k

    Ye khud dalal hai 😮😮... ho kya rha hai .... marketing companies aur brokers ab bhar gaye hain NCR mein....ye log covid ka bahana aur petrol linked inflation se benefit leke pure NCR mein artificially price hike kara hua hai...... logo ko chaiye not to invest saare aukaat mein aa jayenge😅😅 also its better to put money in FD as rates are good if this price continues and purchase house in tier 2 cities

    He doesn't know what sort of development needs to happen to run an international airport. He is dalaal and spiking hoax pricing for his commission. Jewar airport is atleast 12 years in nowhere. Inka bass chale toh yeh Dubai ke rate pe property sell kare.

      Ho bubble will burst avg income of person are in india and UP is 1.5LPA then how any person will take 80L flate of 2BHK ..emi cost 50k gor 25 years and jobs are cutting maximum taking loan ...many flats are not sell and are in hold rhis total cartel planning with currepted government bodies and blood sucking builders.. definitely if recission will come very soon then this will also brust common people don't have money to pay emi and also builder will go bank currupt but only common people suffer
