I just made a strawberry passionfruit smoothie. I blended frozen strawberries and frozen passionfruit with a little agave and water. Best drink I've ever had.

@@marksalido3022 This is not a fruit everybody can easily have access in their nearest wet market or groceries. Not sure if many farms in the province cultivate this fruit as of now so I can say this is still an imported fruit people can find on very select wet markets in the city, in the case of NCR, major markets like Farmers Market in the north or South Supermarket in the south is your best bet to find foreign fruit and ingredients.

Hi there. I’m trying to make Strawberry & Apple Iced-Tea. I made the respective simple syrups for each of the fruits, the tea itself, etc. But when I mixed it all together, the tea tasted simply of a ‘sweet tea’ as opposed to the flavours of the fruits. How do I emphasise the flavour on the fruits I want to use? Should I add diced Strawberries & Apples at the beginning of the steeping process with the tea, then strain the tea to remove the fruits at the end? I’m aiming to sell my Iced-Tea, so I’m going to be putting a sign up that says ”Strawberry & Apple Iced-Tea”, so I need it to taste like it :-) Please help me!
