      As per sir - 2 fist how much you can hold and not others fist per meal - you can reduce as per your energy requirements and increase veges - after all- HEALTH IS WEALTH - I consume only 3 fist for whole day sometimes less

    Nenu two years kevalam millets meeda bratika.. kaani… my digestive system completely got spoilt… I couldn’t digest
    Whatever I ate became gas…. And I have lost 18 kg weight… constant belching
    And breathlessness.. vachindi
    Doctors millets apeyamannaru…
    I did yoga those two years….Mitraya khagaya savitri Ravaye 12 names toh 10 times chesanu 1.30 mins advanced yoga chesanu… but I became sick…
    And sir… you must make yourself available to us by some means…. Please read our pleading

      It means u r not soaking the millets well. Minimum 8 hours soaking is needed

      My sugar was 310 which came to normal in 3 months without any medicine- soak millets overnight add 10 to 15 times water cook well keep aside for 6 to 8 hours and then consume - cook in morning and consume in evening and cook in night and consume in morning - only summers you need to reduce fermentation duration fermentation is fast in high temperature- if you are in AC not required

    పంచదార 40 సం.ల క్రితం ఇంత ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉండేదేకాదు. 50 సం.ల క్రితం అంతా బెల్లమే వాడేవారు. ఆనాటి చెరకు నాణ్తే ఇప్పుడు కానరాదు. అసలు ఏవస్తువూ పదార్దమూ ఆహారం మునుపటిలా లేదు ప్రతిదానిని కలుషితం చేశారు. ప్రతి పండూ కూరగాయ దేనినీ వదల్లేదు. పాలు ఎంత ఆహ్లాదకరంగా సువాసనతో ఉండేవి. ఇవాళ కనీసం ఉప్పుకూడా మంచిగాలేకుండా పోయింది. అసలు భూమినే పనికిరాకుండా చేశారు.
