What about these dyslexic people who have difficulty comprehending these facts? Can your average high school graduate pass this test without getting completely frustrated?
I lost my 100 ton certificate of completion before I could send it to the Coast Guard... I do have all the other required documents like CPR/First Aid, Physical Exam, Drug Test, Sea Time Service Form, Oath, Receipt from Pay.Gov , etc... Can I just send in these and the Coast Guard can call or email the school to verify my certificate??
You can also TH-cam Rules of Audio. Woman reads and shows the Actual rules word for word. Used paperbacks $8 at used book store. $18 new on Amazon. Good luck.
