Oh wow this is exciting!! I am glad you're enjoying school. I wish I had a better experience and was a bit more mature during my undergraduate days! Love that you're in a mentorship program!! Also something I wish I would've done sooner😣 thank you for sharing! Happy Monday!!
Hello My Love! I have completed the drawing and you have won this giveaway 🥳 🎉🎈 please provide me with your Instagram or even tik tok so I can get this sent your way!! ❤️❤️
Hello! Thank you for sharing this! Taking care of your mental health is much more important than breaking yourself. You'll have a successful year and I am wishing you peace, clarity, and health in the new year!!
Hello Alexa! I aspire to be polyglot. As someone who come from a multiple language speaking country, I am grateful to know 3 languages. You all are so ahead of me and all of you inspire me to keep it going! I LOVE your vlogs!!❤
Hello! I’m 27 and just started my HR career in October! Got an entry level role as an HR assistant. Love it and feel like HR is for me! Trying to figure out how to move up as fast as possible and find out which route positionally I want to go within HR. Also, Seeing if I should get my MBA or SHRM-CP (only certification I can acquire with no experience). Leaning towards getting the certification first and then possibly having a company pay for my MBA. Desire to become a director of HR! I have watched a lot of your HR videos and they have been super helpful!!
I’m a mortgage processor and I weirdly love it. I’ve been doing it a year and bond with a lot of the families whose files I work on. I loved retail when I did that and it’s similar - task and people oriented. it’s not something I ever saw myself doing but I enjoy it.
I looked into Mortgage Processing in my earlier years of college! That's so nice that you mentioned bonding with the families. It's just such an added feel and bonus to have those relationships.
I'm 27, I originally got a bachelors in graphic design but since graduating I've decided to go back to study CAD Drafting because the graphic design market has A LOT of competition. Something that helped me choose what to go back for is evaluate what kind of job I want.
I'm 27 too!! I love that you're going back for CAD! Anything you can do to market yourself competitive I am all in support for ❤️ wishing you continued luck and success on your journey.
Hello!! Happy Monday! I am sorry to hear about the loss of your job! What roles are you interested in or looking for? Thank you for interacting and sharing by the way❤️ Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey Hun , I have a BS in Biology and started working in biotech. I didn’t think I was going to stay at my first job long but I stayed there for 9 years because I was good at it and learned to really enjoy it
My previous role was Onboarding Specialist, which I miss sooo much. My new role is Talent Acquisition Coordinator. My goal is to work towards getting an HR Coordinator/HR Specialist role after I pass my SHRM-CP. 🥳 I'm also in the TX area, so hey, girly!
Hey girl heyyyy!!! We should definitely have a meet up or something! So many girlies are in Texas! I'm in Austin but always go home to Dallas or in Houston. I love this for you!! Thank you for sharing! Girl the SHRM is finally looking realistic to me finally!! I found a program near me for Spring and I'm so happy! How are you enjoying your time as a TAC? I definitely would love to go back to the HR Specialist world!! ✨✨
@@alexandria9870 I didn’t see the bottom portion of your comment!! 😅 I’m honestly a little bored in my role. I’m really interested in jumping into a new specialty in HR or going back to my OS role. TAC has been rewarding, and I’ve learned a ton since taking on this role. I’m going to remain patient and very optimistic for whatever the future may bring.😄
Hi!! What is your Instagram? I'll be in Dallas this weekend! And would love to get coffee I was going to see what other subscribers are in the area and maybe just have a small meet up where we can meet, talk experiences and just have a nice little evening! I will message you and let you know!

Hi Alex! I am in an entry level career search so still early in my career. I was recently let go and been applying to different roles within the HR, Admin, IT, and Customer Experience realm. I have an initial interview for a Recruiting Assistant role tomorrow (Tuesday Nov 21) fingers crossed this is the role for me! Finished a bachelor's a little under a year ago.
