Thank you for this beautiful podcast. Being in nature is where the magic happens for me. All my stresses fade away while there. I’m drawn to being in nature more and more and I prioritize it over spending time with people. ❤
I love being in my garden, no one understands the amount of trees and plants I’m planting in my little garden. Always watering fertilizing pruning and just staring at my plants 😊 I knew is healing my soul.
I do pay attention. If I didn’t have nature I’d be a mess. I notice every leaf. I feed and care for the wild animals. I’m in awe when geese fly over. I thank the trees and sky and turkeys and all nature. It a gift to us. And I get very sad when I see it being torn down. And I worry about the animals.
I was out today hugging trees before watching this. It feels so good. Now I know a little more. Also spent the weekend feeding nuts to squirrels with my family. Love this episode.
So blessed and grateful for your support during this wildly crazy and interesting time on this planet. You are the most admirable force of healing and light with grace and love, always showing up at the right place and right time. Thank you for the empowering messages and incredible insights. Going to listen to this many, many times! 🥰
This is very very touching, dearest Anthony and SOC. Because we receive in abundance from you: tools to connect with our bodies and their healing potency, tools to connect with our fellow human through compassion, tools to connect with the heavenly realm and the loving angels, tools for our souls... Our existence is beyond rich knowing this latest advice on how to deeply connect with nature and nurture our soul. Love, Care, Reciprocity. The Spirit of compassion becomes alive in us. Thank you.
I love this 💜thank you for passing this info to us AW 🙏💜. I have been trying to get out to the backyard to enjoy nature more lately. The weather has been so beautiful. Since I've been sick, I don't feel God talking to me as much, but I feel like He does try to reach me through nature and for that I am thankful 💜🙏.
Thank you Anthony, just the reminder I needed to hear today. Gardening definitely makes me healthier and happier 🤗. I also love to watch my neighbours cows, boy they are fun to watch, especially when they travel to a new area in my neighbours huge pasture, and watch hem make the decision wether to go or not, these cows are quite lucky they even have a huge hill to run down🍀 the birds at our bird feeder right in front of my kitchen window always make me smile and remind me I’m a good person cause I take time to look after them just because I care, I put fruit out for them each day, our very crazy and lovely 2 cats which bring excitement and adventure and bunnies 😮 to our house, our trees that protect us from strong winds and the pretty flowers swaying which make me feel close to God and make me marvel at his beautiful creation and I have two pet spiders, one on the inside of my kitchen window and one above my bathroom mirror, I really enjoy having them there, watching their webs be made, snatching their prey, they are also a great natural bug killer 😂😂. Thank you AW for the remainder ❤
Hiking in the woods, hugging trees, watching birds at the feeder, bees in the garden and feeding sunflower seeds to our resident chipmunks ... these are a few of my favourite things!
I watch these two beautiful eagles Jackie and shadow on the nest webcam. They are so beautiful and It always brings me peace to think how they are just living their eagle lives. Oblivious to all the nonsense of the world. They are happy moving their sticks around in their nest… and I’m happy to watch them.
I am blessed to live on a beautiful wooded 40 acre property in the woods of Oregon after living in the city all of my life and it is life transforming. Have 2 massive oak trees who are my friends ~ a grandmother and grandfather. And deer in my backyard and bunnies and chipmunks in my front yard and so many different birds. I turn on my bird app and within 5 minutes there are at least 10 different ones. The peacefulness and quiet and wildlife are the only reasons I am able to maintain some balance and equanimity during these crazy times.
As Elvis used to say, "My boy, my boy." I'm an inner city kid, and I would be glued to Nature docs that aired on PBS, because I was starved for Nature. My brother, and I would flip out with excitement over seeing squirrels. As an adult, it pains me to see people walking their dogs with their noses glued to their cell phones. Dog's senses enable them to learn so much more, and if you pay attention, you are able to notice the little things, too. My dog passed May 1st, and try as I might, walking our old paths just isn't the same without her.
The only thing immediately in my surroundings of nature that I have an adverse reaction to is slugs. Growing up my mom detested them with a passion as soon as she saw one she would yell at us to bring the salt and kill it. They were something unwanted, disgusting, revolting something odious, I don't know why she felt this way but I have grown up with this dislike for anything sluggish. I now try my best to not traumatize my kids the way my mom did to me.
I really enjoy sitting outside in the evenings when the house is a little more settled down and before I start the evening chores of tidying up for the next day. I sit out there and look up for bats, they are fast fliers and if you listen really well you can hear them chirp. I'll see purple martins and once i even saw a moth( i think)at this point it's dark so all i see really is the silhouette but the mystery makes all the more wondrous. It's quite outside usually, just me and the moon, the stars and the crickets. This summer when my daughter came home from college she brought with her a small container of chives, I've been growing them and I'll pick at them and eat them as I sit out there, they're sweet. Thank you sharing this wisdom with us, before I would hear the crickets but didn't know what their sound was doing for me so i wouldn't pay them much mind. Once, a cricket somehow got into the house and it was driving me crazy, until a couple days later i found it and set it free outside, I wouldn't have minded so much if I knew what it was doing for me.🙏😊💗
I think he did Lisa. He said even a picture of nature or a pot plant, is healing. You could also watch videos of nature or listen to sounds of nature. One thing that can be helpful too is his nature meditations, free as a bird and picking fruit one. I used these when I was on mattress island 🏝️, it’s a crappy island 😢I know, but hopefully you’ll be off it soon🌺🌼🌸🌞❤️❤️. Even remember times you’ve been in nature and or picturing a future event in nature is really helpful. I would imagine myself going to this very remote beach that I love and I’d pick up one of the rocks on the beach, I’d turn and see my kids coming up behind me, I used this when I was in ICU unable to walk or talk, it got me through and gave my heart enough hope to keep trying. Honestly saying this right now makes me realise I still need to keep using these visualisations to keep me going. Wishing you the best ❤🙏🏻🦋
@@JulieTuesday144thank you Julie 🙏🏻may God bless you too. I realised today as I was plucking oranges out of my cooler, as I don’t have enough room in my fridges because of all the produce in there🤣😂, how blessed I truly am, to have this beautiful food in abundance, even though I’d love to have my old favourites as they were pretty tasty, I am so blessed 🤗I needed to remember that. One of my favourite numbers is 44, my Angels use it to tell me I’m doing great, they are proud of the work I’ve done and encouraging me to keep going ❤. I’m curious what the number means to you. Your so thoughtful to everyone Julie 😊❤it’s very much appreciated 👏🙌🤗.

Spend so much time in nature now
It’s nice to have someone confirm what I’ve always felt when it comes to nature and animals and humans too. So glad even a little plant at home works.
