Cerebral palsy Child, who can only sit at one place, now can walk independent at trishla

Some time on casual examination, we find that child is walking with equines gait. But on detail and careful assessment we find that gastrocnemius is not so tight and culprit is knee deformity because of hamstring tightness. so we should be very cautious in doing surgery.
