Drilling a Hole Smaller than the Drill Bit?

Any clue about why this happens? I’m running into an issue where my .109 drill is making a hole that pins at .107… the drill can enter the hole but a .108/.109 pin does not.
I’m on a lathe too but my hole doesn’t look like yours
