Most of these games were so close, I wonder what would've happened if you'd put players on the team with the best coaching staff in each division (AFC West-Chiefs, NFC West-49ers, etc.).
Also, for those of you who would like to see something like this in real life, the NHL All-Star game has been a divisional tournament format for the last decade or so. There are only 4 divisions, and the structure of the game differs significantly from a regular NHL game, but it's the closest thing we've got for now.
