What a brilliant way of presenting the Sinatra Era through his son Frank Sinatra Jr. In addition the brilliant talented composers through the years. Bravo 👏 well done Frank Jr. 👏 and everyone who worked on this project together ❤️

"Blackest, White Songwriter" !!! What a 1-derful compliment by Miss Horne for Mr Arlen, speaks volumes on her appreciation and on his artistic and human sensitivity. Both Great Artists.
Thanks Paul, loved this interview, Sinatra Jr was a person I could gladly be listening to for hours. Blessings from San Juan PR.

I wish Frank Jr. hadn’t demeaned his life as spoken at the end of this interview. He brought joy to so many throughout his life via his singing and conducting music. In fact, I had a teenage crush on him back in the 70s. My parents took me to two of his shows. I even got his autograph after one of the shows (under the watchful eye of a tall, barrel-chested security guy.). He made a little joke about my sad stationery that made me laugh. He even let me kiss his cheek. I really hope he realized his worth in life wasn’t measured by how many records he sold. RIP 🙏

At 23:33 Sinatra Jr establishes a difference between 'being talked to' vs 'being talked at'. Brilliant !!!

He was right and I grew up in the 60s with the Beatles and the Beach Boys. But I am familiar with all the artists and composers he mentioned.

At five Frank Jr knew more music theory and fundamentals than his father did in his lifetime. An accomplished performer, musician, pianist, composer, conductor and a very special, intelligent and great human being.
