I was blending cottage cheese in my protein shakes in middle school. I bought a 70’s health nut cookbook, it had a bunch of super healthy, whole grain, super food recipes. It had a really great recipe for a black and tan protein shake. Which was 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 4 dates, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and /2 cup milk. Such a delicious recipe. I’m in my 30s now. I find it funny, it’s finally a trend.
