Momo is speciality of Tibet, since Chinese occupied Tibet, Traders from Tibet starts to settle in Kalimpong which is silk route between India and Tibet, and than Nepali start to learn it and now turn into food of Himalaya. In Nepal tribe called tamang who settled border between Nepal and Tibet make tamang momo but it is very different way they serve it.
