Man, these car videos have made me reflect and dive deep into my life. I always watch them during calm moments when I have time so I can really take in the ideas. They've taught me a lot, especially English, since I'm Brazilian, 19 years old, and it's crazy how, even being from another country, not fully understanding some words, and having to look up their meanings, I can still 'feel' the meaning of what's being said. It's been a very interesting process. The way you engage with your audience, and the naturalness and simplicity in which the message is delivered, feels like a casual conversation with a friend at a bar. Keep up the essence, brother. I am a Christian and I have different views on who Jesus spoke to and what not. I will say that you are right about the ego part, for when we latch on to certain things and when it gets attacked it feels like death. To me it feels like a fight or flight. A healthier outlook on this would to break it down like you said with logic and see why you feel that way. Love the vid man, you’re amazing!

I have my own opinions and views on things. There are differences in people. We are not united. There is alot of division. Also there is alot of hatred , racism , homophobia , religious differences. Meditation and mindfulness.
When your next horrible moment comes along, go somewhere safe, close your eyes, and attempt to regain control.
The closer you get to regaining mental control, the stronger the impulsive thoughts will grow. If you can manage to JUST listen to them and NOT engage with them (let them come and go), you should be better off the next time you are under assault of your own mind. And you might enter a waking dream state, depending on how difficult the victory over your mind in that meditative session.
