Singaporean Rice Written Recipe : Ingredients for Rice: Basmati rice (soaked for 2 hours) ½ kg Soy sauce 3 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Vinegar 3 tbsp For Noodles: Spaghetti ½ packet Capsicum sliced 2 Carrot sliced 2 Cabbage sliced 1 small Mushroom sliced 1 cup Soy sauce 5 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Chicken stock 1 cup Oil 6 tbsp For Chicken: Chicken breast boneless sliced 500 gm Ginger 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Ketchup ½ cup Method: For Rice: boil water, add salt and rice cook till 90% done strain. Add soy sauce and vinegar, mix set aside. For Noodles: boil water in a pot add salt and pasta cook till al dente. Drain add 2tbsp of oil mix and set aside. Heat oil in a pan add the garlic and ginger fry for a minute. Add all the vegetables and cook for ½ minute. Add the remaining ingredients with pasta fold and cook for a minute. Set aside. For chicken, add oil to a pan add garlic and ginger fry for a minute. Add chicken fry for 5 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another minute. Remove from stove and set aside. For mayo sauce, mix all the ingredients together and set aside. Now place the rice first on a serving platter, top with pasta and chicken. Spread the mayo sauce on top. For the topping, heat oil in a pan add garlic fry for a minute. Add green chili and crushed chili mix well. spoon over the top and garnish with spring onion #singaporeanrice #singaporenoodles
