With the enemy health rework, what i've noticed is things feel about the same or squishier if you're using neutral elements or ones they are weak to, but they feel a lot more tankier to the damage types they resist Also i've noticed that slash is kinda different now where it doesn't condense multiple procs into a single instance anymore. I saw people on the forums saying slash was nerfed or bugged but its definitely not. Nagantaka Prime still hitting those juicy slash proc headshots
Been maining this with Prisma Skana, Diriga and Surging Dash for a couple months, corrosive arcane will do like 5M raw by the end of one slash dash and 17M when you really get rolling. Not sure what the slashes tick for when they're needed but they must be big because Excal very rarely backtracks on a second cast to hit a dude who already got sliced.
I wonder if it would chain faster with casting speed shards. Cause that's my only issue with the build, looks slow and i'm a speed demon. Impeccable fashion btw
@@dontforgetsolstice1403 I tried it with natural talent cause too lazy to take yellows from my other frames and I didn't notice a difference sadly. Still, now that I played it I can confirm it is pretty fun and you actually feel like Excalibur for once. And his other abilities feel way better to use with casting speed so it might still be worth using even if it doesn't work on slash dash
this isnt even CLOSE to what slash dash can do.. magistar and furious javelin with magus aggress on your operator.. tenacious bond on your companion all activated with 10+ enemies effected by furious javelin your doing over a mil in damage.. you can either run rauta for combo builder or surging dash for +8 combo counter on your dashes.. this build is mid
I've tried this build plenty but my problem with it is that it's sooooo slooooow. You can't keep up in Survival with this build. It can only kill as fast as the animation will go. I have the exact same problem with Bladestorm on Ash. Not only am I barely playing, but I have to endure the intense psychological pain of watching everything die at 60-70 KPM. At least Bladestorm stacks Crescendo... I run a plain old Exalted Blade build. Archon Continuity and modded for pure toxin. Works on all factions. Lunar Eclipse and Healing Return take care of survivability. Comfy.
good catch, a lesson to read things like its the first time. everytime! lol . cant say looked at those shards a ton but seems like i iautomatically interpreted it as a heal and moved on.
based slash dash appreciator while its still fresh give blast a try, ceramic dagger is plenty but can get 36% status if you use mk1 bo with incarnon, i use it with wrathful advance and furious javelin, your usually single target dashes are now 5m aoe nukes for millions of damage per dash now im really coping that blast doesnt get nerfed due to how some other frames (saryn's toxic lash is super broken with it, because of course it is) can abuse it to the extreme, just because it really fleshes out this old ability.
if you wanna really clear fast with slash dash now you kinda want blast procs, which limits your arcane choices a lot (i just use afflictions so i can heavy slam something now and then)
Thing is, i cant say how much investment the other set ups have cause im not a excal main or anything bu, you say this has little investment....an then proceed to say the only thing you need is...a incarnon...thas a very much endgame item thas not low investment at all, great video tho, fun to watch
By the time your really needing to look at builds though your in sp, if you get the stahlta for example in normal star chart flow continuity and a shield mod to get through it all, I get that it seems a big requirement but the worst thing is hoping ceramic dagger is in nwave that week
@@w1spBBNo. When a weapon has 1.0 critical damage adding critical chance results in crits that deal same damage as non crits. Also adding CD mods to this wont give your crits more damage either. So except your melee has +CC +CD from the incarnon upgrade it doesnt benefit excal's 1
you can put on silence with the augment if you want high damage with the 4 (multiplicative scale with the dmg finisher) + kubrow with mecha set if you want to nuke 30 meters with the 4.
@@BananaSegzi I also have a support Ash with augment for invisibility eclipse with the augment to give it to companions so it gives 2 buffs. but I end up doing 80% of the team's damage because the arca titron with influence is monstrously broken.
im unsure i understand what that is? did u mistype sth? Edit: Read what the arcane does. Its new and i havent played this update. Seems nice but my issue is it doesnt work on eximus enemies since they wont get knocked down at all. In that sense id stick to melee exposure over that
really curious to know your thoughts on the bramma now. The blast changes seemingly make it feel stupidly strong power wise. At least when you have ammo. (protea main here)

The corrosive arcane is really good for stat sticks with the caveat it taints the proc pool

Bramma's damage was always good, the ammo is the issue
