The video of one the truly great New Orleans,LA school bands starts off slow but when they march that is when they sound better than any of the school bands in the area. I am a graduate of OPW in 1971. In my humble opinion for the 2016 OPW band sounds just as good as the Southern University!
hurry back man the kids need u. I served six years in the army could have stayed in a number of different cities but the n.o. kept calling had to come back because I wanted my kids to experience new orleans band culture my son is at walker now. learning from some of the best. maybe s.u. in the future?
