- Hey, sheeple of TH-cam!! Enjoy this zetta bangin track from the NEO: The World Ends With You OST, originally released as the third preview track on the NEO: TWEWY website. Now we know it's on Disc 1, Track 14 of the official soundtrack. There's been speculation that this is Rindo's theme, but also that it's a lot like Transformation or that the lyrics resonate with Beat. Or even Neku??? We shall see!!

Fun fact: Sho’s Neo outfit is supposedly based off of Nomura’s wardrobe. So in a way you’re cosplaying as Nomura in this video too lol. Great cover btw.

10 months late, but BlackHoneyChilliCookie or BHCC for short is a real brand, and I believe the creator is Nomura's friend or something, and Nomura really likes their clothes so you can see where inspiration for some of his designs in the last decade or so has come from, you can actually buy Sho's jacket, it's quite pricey tho

Imagine if they made you fight fret to this song, like fret gets possessed by a reaper pin (think back to the first game where you fight the two reapers, forgot their names, who were possessed) and you fight him trying to make him snap to his senses, the feeling this song gives off with that kinda scenario in mind, it hits hard now

I find myself coming back to this cover quite a lot. Breaking Free is one of my favourite additions to NEO's OST, and I love what you've done with your version. The visuals, the vocals, the instrumentation (especially love the violin!)-everything is perfect.
Random fact: The official release of the original on Spotify now has official lyrics, and the line at 0:37 apparently officially goes "I'm stuck here, shackled by this sense of purity", which I, for the life of me, can not hear xD
I think "insecurity", like in your version, makes more sense in the context.
(edit: nevermind, the person who actually wrote the lyrics confirmed on twitter that "insecurity" is right after all xD)
