Kapawa Festival is a celebration that recognizes the value of Kapawa - an Ilonggo word that means “light”, which symbolizes hope, vibrance, and joy of every Alamadian. It is rooted in the rich history and culture of the Alamada which is wonderfully knitted by time and its people.
The Reyna ng Kapawa represents the enchanting spectrum of light that makes things attractive and entertaining. She brings joy, manifests beauty, and advocates hope.
