  • Alamada is a first class Municipality in the province of North Cotabato. Alamada is a small town in North Cotabato located in the highlands. It is progressing rather gradually and is now being recognized as one of the tourist capitals of the province.
    Behind this mountainous town are waterfalls, cold springs, rivers, and stunning views.
    Rangayen, which means a “cold place”.

    It has attracted tourists for its cold weather and gives you a breathtaking view of the mountain range surrounding the Baranggay itself. From time to time, Ranggayen has progressed as tourist establishments were gradually built.
    You will also be delighted with their mouth-watering foods such as the Tent City’s Pizza, and enjoy a bite of a freshly baked pizza with an astonishing view in front.
    Caurtel de Campo Diez, take a spoonful of delicious beef marrow stew or Bulalo and a sip of their hot coffee that compliments the coldness of the place.
    Some establishments offer you comfort and safety to spend a night after a day full of adventures such as the Ostique RnR Cafe and Farm. Ostique also has a beautifully crafted garden to walk through during day time.

    Daday Falls has an estimated height of 55 meters and drops at 90 degrees angle and is considered to be the highest falls in the Municipality of Alamada.
    The trek down to the spot is also thrilling because the trail is very stiff and it takes several minutes before the destination can be finally reached. The visitors can also enjoy the beautiful scenery down to the falls including the giant tree ferns, layers of rocks, and different plant species along the way. As one enters a thinly forested area, the roar of the waterfalls will be getting louder.
    Palepaz Falls
    Is a horsetail type of waterfall that is about 30 meters in height with a plunge pool. By spending a 20-minute walk from the barangay road of Sitio New Leon, Dado you’ll reach the Palepaz Falls. It is surrounded by huge rocks and different types of growing moss. Feel refreshed with the ice-cold water of the waterfalls after spending a few minutes hiking.
    After a day of discovering the beauty of nature in Barangay Dado, relax and be delighted with the food and beverages at the Greenery Cafe and Bar.
