    I watched several videos on IHC, IFC, ICC. The is the best i have seen. This is succinct, practical, and coherent. This is excellent. I was a 60mins that felt like 5 mins. Thanks a lot for this masterpiece

      Yes, it is possible to co-stain those because the two primary antibodies are from different species and so will not overlap. Since blue chamber will already be taken up by DAPi, possible combinations of the fluorophores could be any of green+red, green+yellow, red+yellow using same secondary antibody.
