Why is there one guy seemingly cutting the slope and then another guy behind him seemingly cleaning up? There's not a whole lot of context here. It looks like they all have the same machine setup, why does one guy have to go through and just knuckle the ditch down?

One guy is baulking out the clay the other is trimming to final design. The guy trimming has more skill than the other operator his level of skill is almost flawless the way he uses the controls every movement is smooth
