Thank you bro, currently sick and in a bad state mentally I'm going to sleep with this song and the nostalgia hits me Love it, i hope you have a great day
I remember when there was only oak doors, roses and dandelions, red beds, the stairs wouldn't align and they only went 1 way, wolves were the only animal you could tame, there was only plains villages, the nether was just a sea of lava, diamonds were the rarest thing in the game, and that awkward crafting menu where you had to scroll and you could never find what you wanted to craft. I miss those days
remember being little and not having a care in the world. then. you'd go on your minecraft world and space out, from the outside world. thank you for being here. we love you minecrafters.
•Minecraft was a game that always brought me back to better times• {Minecraft has always made amazing memories with my family...} [the game was so relaxing and just made you feel like anybody, were in another world..]
ive been playing Minecraft since i was 3 and i would just sit there and build houses and go in survival and i dont like that Minecraft has changed so much :(
man, from building parkour maps, trolling friends, and playing on mineplex communicating with complete strangers when I was 11 to working and having a kid. time flies.
Yes but if there ever is. Just drag the video all the way to the end as if you watched it. Than hit that reply botton and it'll play with no ads if there is any.
We played, we tried We laughed, we cried We succeeded, we died We respawned and thrived From the zombies, to the endermen From the skeletons, to the pigmen From the spiders and creepers And from those annoying griefers From the biome of jungle to sands To the mushrooms and other obscure lands From the snow and ice To the swamps which never looked too nice From the moments with friends we’ll cherish From a time we hoped Herobrine would perish From the great animations To the TH-cam sensations Along with those musical incantations I thank Mojang for creating my childhood Much better than just ‘good’ I think I speak for everyone here When I say this is not game of the year It’s the game of the century As it offered us plenty And these memories will never leave Just like the thought of first playing as Steve So I say close your eyes And listen to the music with surprise As your memories of Minecraft where once apart But now can be fixed like a broken heart In order to find your memories core You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime One last thing, for me to say Which would be, have a nice day Also for you to never forget this game Nor the journey that came As apart of that journey was the end Quite literally, not pretend Just like this poem, which I hope you all read As I would love it if this poem and this game is remembered once I’m dead. thank you for reading my poem spread this and make people feel and see their memories and chime their day and also childhood one wise man says the memory you Cherise will never go Un banish a true Minecraft player has one thing is their hearts a beautiful fire that lit their kindness and make them shine more beautiful than the stars i hope this made ur day it would mean a whole lot to me have a nice minecraft day :)
That last part “as I would love it if this poem and this game is remembered once I’m dead.” The dead part just makes me sad to know that we will all pass one day, but now is not the time. It’s time for………………….. Minecraft🦆😴….and for me to sleep😅 night!
@@M4j0d1 I feel nostalgia as well, but I feel like dream made mc popular again and people were inspired and wanted to make more mc content. But i understand what your saying sometimes you just miss the old days and wish we could turn back time...
"Hey the hero is back!" "Really?" "Yeah! How long has it been since they been here?" "3 generations" - a conversation between Villagers on an old world of yours
This is such a core memory, playing survival with your friends, trying to build citys in creative, getting a bunch of dogs, getting a bunch of cats. It was just pure fun back then were life didn't mean nothing beck then, so think about it as you listen to this amazing tune.
I’m almost 50. Been playing this game for nearly 10 years and of late was forced to take a couple month break. Didn’t realize how much the game meant and how impactful the music was for me until I hopped into a world and the music kicked in a few minutes later. Literally sat in my chair crying. This game is so many different things to so many people.
When I was a child, I used to play Minecraft, now I'm 22 all I do is go forward to get my degree and study. Busy with assignments and stuffs, listening to this music makes tears run down my face. Its hard to believe that I last played this 10 years ago
It's so strange but...Minecraft brings me a feeling of...comfort...I don't know how to explain it...when I'm alone in a world...without anyone, with just me...I feel bad...but when I'm making my little house and finishing it...When one of these songs starts playing in the background...when I finish my house...it brings me comfort...like I'm never alone...I feel happy...I feel comfortable...I feel like I'm in a little house next to a furnace... watching the rain or snow fall... while drinking a hot coffee...Minecraft brings me an atmosphere so...calm...but so refreshing...and beautiful...I love this game...and all the feelings it brings me
I couldn’t agree more I’m listening while replying to comments and I’m really, enjoying, haversting in the music and love of the comments so with yours❤
Anyone listening and just going threw the comments, I just wanted to say hi because there are probably a lot of us just listening and reading and it feels like I am listening with friends. Minecraft is by far the best game ever made.
@@poptart2285 it literally is just a game lmao, and before u blast me with the "memories!! nostalgic!!!" bs i know what u mean but pls accept the fact that it is literally a game, just a game
@@shrub2476 Yeah it is, its just that it means so much more to other people, like me and them, and it kinda feels a bit lame that some people can’t understand that

@@AmellyaMS That’s true... I play everyday by myself, it lets me know myself more, it lets me appreciate the things I have... and hits some memories so hard... Everyone haves diferent ways of feeling with Minecraft, but what matters, is that we all love it and we are all here to help each other, no matter the cimcurpstances
my 14 yr old daughter put this on so she her sisters, brother , and I could sleep. She started playing Minecraft when she was 5, and as eeafh of her siblings got into gaming they all started to play.. now they're all older and this music makes me feel so nostalic that I could cry. I told them all how much I love them and we said our good nights. Cherish your memories, and if you have children, enjoy every moment, it really does go by so fast.
Minecraft didnt need music, but they decided “no, this game is missing something” and so they pieced together the most perfect soundtrack. Thank you minecraft for everything ❤️
if you're reading this, im proud of you for getting through another day. thats a huge accomplishment. life is just baby steps. you'll be okay. i believe in you. i love you. stay safe. eat a snack, drink some water. edit: 9 months since i first made this comment. thank you for everyone who has responded. i see the notifications and seeing people's responses fills me with incredible happiness. if i can make at least one person smile today, then it was worth it. i love you guys
POV: you’re reading through the comments basking in nostalgia wondering how people in the comment section of a 10 hour long Minecraft soundtrack could make you feel loved and welcomed
We didn't need shields, we had our sword's. And we had different music for each biome, the snow spruce forest was and still is my favorite. We didn't just play in these worlds we lived in them, we grew in them. Minecraft brought us a whole universe on its own. And I appreciate this game for being the coping mechanism of my inner child everyday. And I appreciate you for listening to this.
I love this community. We may all be thousands of miles apart, different cultures, different beliefs, etc. but the fact that this one game made us all feel the same way is beautiful. I hope you are all doing well in life.
Thanks to you I realized how much people can mean to someone, even by just being there. Whenever I wanted to escape from anything, I’d always go onto a server and screw around. The music just makes me remember back then, how I can still remember all the people I met. They may not remember me, but that’s fine. My pillow is wet.
i’m so proud of you. even if you just survived today, take a moment to appreciate how much you have done today. it’s okay to spend more time relaxing then working, that’s a healthy balance. i’m in recovery from a really dark place, and i want to say to you, it’s going to get better. life is constantly shifting and changing, and there will be ups and downs. i hope you take some time today or tomorrow to just do something that you love, maybe play minecraft, read a book, or start an art piece. you can do this, i promise.
Woah now I’m crying. Today was honestly the worst I’ve felt mentally in a while but I am so appreciative for this message right before sleeping. But you’re right: It sure as hell does get better. Thank you :)
This really brings back the memories of getting out of school, so excited to get home to play Minecraft with my friends who lived nearby, we’d stop by the German grocery store to get these strange candies and German chips for like €5. I’d get home greet my two dogs and play on Minecraft all day long, parents coming home from work and making dinner while I just sit on Minecraft with Skype open on my iPad. And now I no longer can just walk to the store for candy, one pup is no longer with me and the other 15yrs old, my buddies in the military and just me, here all alone listening to the good ole days. Getting emotional typing this, goodnight guys
Wow, dude. I can understand you. Now I don't talk anymore with my IRL & internet friends from that moments, we aren't angry or something, the life just changes. But I really would like go to the past and play one more time with my old friends. All afternoon and night.
I remember my childhood vividly as if I lived it knowing I would one day look back upon it. Those memories, you’re lucky to have! Because now you get to enjoy them again. All those precious days are immortalized by you! I love writing or creating audio logs about the good ol days. Peace to all you wonderful souls out there whoever or wherever you may be, stay safe and keep your loved ones close!
Im 37. I Will be 38 soon, im a Father of a beautiful 8 years old. She spent her free time playing Minecraft (after she does her chores and homework) its been rough, for her through this pandemic, been away from her friends at elementary school, its not same through a computer screen. I played with her as much as i can. I play this video as lullaby while i tuck her in bed. I watch the emotion in her eyes and smiles, after all her playtime: " i found Iron" "i made me a golden Armor" "i made a shield" i watch her how sleep is caught her and she start to talk slowly and yawning. She goes to sleep, i see her breathing, i see her closing her eyes... And then it hits me, i realize she will grown up, reach puberty, teenagehood, adulthood and she is not going to be around no more or not that close to see each Other more often. Loved the one you have with you in your life, for the time we had with them is precious. Love you all. Miss you so much Dad. One year since you are gone!
@@tessaissupercool007 Send you my love, abd best wishes, dear fellow. We dont have much time in this world, and most of us, dont get the love we need to move Forward. We have to be the change we want to see in this life, while we still have it
My five year old son is sick today and woke up from a nap feeling absolutely miserable and I couldn't get him to stop crying or to go back to sleep. As a last resort I tried putting this on to see if it would settle him down. Was sound asleep in SECONDS. I'll definitely be coming back to this video in the future 😁
This actually makes me a bit sad and happy at the same time because nothing we do can change the past or bring back the exact joy we had playing this game when we were younger; not just kids, but all of us. I think Minecraft will always have a special place in ALL of our hearts and souls. Spending time with our peers and friends, going on adventures and quests, or to just being alone letting off all of the stress in the world by fishing at 12 at night or aimlessly building. Memories are a strange thing and I thank god everyday I can tap into such a meaningful happiness and I'm grateful for the time I had back then. I hope anyone who reads this is doing fine out there and handling their battles to the best of their will. I might not know you, but I think me and you share a common interest here yeah? Anyways, thanks for reading my thought here; have a good one!
Many sit here, reading the comments and thinking how the good old days are over, and this music is what you have to reminisce. But what if the good old days aren’t over? We all still have time to create memories, laugh with friends, and enjoy what we have now. Of course things won’t be the same, but that’s okay. The times we used to have aren’t the good old days, they were just the fun times we had a while ago. And the times we’ll have in the future is a new era of fun things to come. Now go hop on that block game and make more memories, friends. :)
That’s the beauty of it. The world will. This game will always be timeless- I mean, look at all the adults talking about how much they still love playing it-so the next generation can definitely have what we did too. Maybe the prime of playing is over for us, but it could be just starting for others. And in a couple years they can come back just like we are now, experiencing such powerful emotions, remembering some of the greatest times of their life.
@@alexanderkey2653 true. I always connected more to Alex (was overjoyed when she was added and still in love with her design), but I still like steve. I remember when I learned that the “smile” was a beard I was so upset lol, cause he went from this happy smiling guy to a guy with a goatee and a duck face, and I didn’t like that image as well lol.
I'm realy supriced and glad that this video not only brings comfort by it's music, but also people in the comments who says that they are pround. Of us. Those that read all this. It's incredable. Thank you all for making this comment-section the most calm and kind I've ever seen
I remember my first time in a minecraft world… it was pocket edition. I saw a cow, and ofc I hit it. When it mooed and ran around, I threw my mom’s phone and cried bc I thought I lost. Then, when I played it on the xbox, I was murdered by a pack of wolves bc I had no idea how the controls worked lol
My first minecraft world was me spawned on a spruce tree in a snowy tiaga biome And then it took me so long to figure out one control it was night And so i walked off the top of said tree and took fall dmg, got shocked by it, then a creeper came up behind me and exploded, making me scream That was back when xbox 360 edition was newish
I remember my very first world, snowy taiga biome, where I started fearing the night cause I knew what was coming. Made myself a weird dirt shack with a hole to see outside, and waited for the mobs before closing myself in the dark. I waited kinda long, panicking, and then the sun came back. Silly young me only realised later I was on peaceful mode. Also, I remember putting water down a 1x1 hole going all the way down to caves as a shortcut for mining, in a snowy biome. Not the best of ideas, killed me bunch of times.
Remember when we all used to make our house out of diamonds? Remember when we used to go in creative and fill our chests up with items to survive survival? Remember when we used to make dirt houses? Remember the only door and bes we had was an oak door and a red bed? Remember that some of us wanted to make a world like stampy's world? Remember when the only mobs where zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders? Remember those good old days?.. I have a story...I had this friend named Sarah and we met online and we had fun times together. And one day we met up with our parents permission and of course they came with us we were so happy we met and we gave each other the biggest bear hug. While we were in the car she told me she needed to tell me something so we stopped at a park and she sat me down then she said something that made my heart break..she told me she had cancer for awhile and I told her everything was gonna be okay so when we both got back to our houses we got on Minecraft everyday and played for hours and hours and she had a dog in Minecraft named Becky so everyday I fed her like she was my own irl dog and one day she said to me" I will watch over you" and I was confused on why she said that and I realized she wasn't coming back because everyday I stayed on our world and watched every minute to see if she came on..this went on for like 3 months( I ate and slept don't worry) we had a specific time to play with each other and it was always at 1:30pm to whenever one of us had to go.. When I found out she died..heh I cried like I was preparing to die..so till this day I get on our world every week at least twice in a week and just crouch in our favorite spot to watch the sun go down and Becky would always be there..waiting for Sarah to return..The reason why i crouched down to look at the sunset is because we did that every time when one of us had to log off. We would BEG our mother's to let us stay until the sun went down in minecraft. Of course we would win and we got to watch the sun go down. I miss her so much but i know she watches over me. I just have that feeling. A good feeling Edit 1: IM SORRY I AM MAKING PEOPLE CRY!!! Edit 2: she played on an xbox and she connected her account to her phone so she played on her xbox and her phone. She didn’t have the strength to play anymore and 2 weeks later she passed away. (For anyone confused about the device)
Nothing is better than the thought of getting home from school, your friends are online, its summer break now, and all you ever had to worry about is where to build your house.
Honestly, Minecraft has helped me through a dark time in my life. It gave me something to look forward to doing when I got home from school or something. Sometimes when I'm just running around in Minecraft I'll listen to the music, and realize. I'm listening to my childhood. I watch as it gets updated and my old worlds are soon forgotten. I didn't start playing Minecraft when it was cool, I didn't start playing it when I first came out. I started playing it because I could play it with friends. 2015 was the worst year of my life but Minecraft changed that. I can't play Minecraft right now. My computer is broken. And I can't tell you how upset I am. Minecraft has connected us in ways we can't explain. New friends you met on a server. People in real life that you never would have been friends with unless you started to talk about a random crafting recipe or something. Minecraft has changed alot of people's lives for the better, and I know it will continue that.
I came to this video looking for something to fall asleep to. Before I went to fall asleep I decided to check the comments. I instead found lots of nostalgia, funny comments, and a handful of comments that have pulled on my heartstrings more than almost anything in the past couple years. Thank you, comment section. I can always rely on the comment sections of videos like this one to make me cry
I don't know why im ready to burst into tears, the fact that those days are over or that they were so good... Minecraft, thank you for changing the lives of me and millions of other people.
Its something almost everybody should remember nothing can be forever but that doesnt man you cant still think bout it for good old memories Theiß Video bringt even Thema strongest kinds of man into tears and yes um crying too because its just so man things i did and still cant forget
i can't wait for the next generation to ask us about this game, they will never know the og. But sometimes, that's okay :) They get to pass on the updates to their generation. And I hope that Minecraft survives the hundred generations after that
"Wheres steve?" "Is he in the nether?" "No" "Is he in the end?" "No" "Then where is he?" "He grew up" "Remember when you place your last block someone places their first..."
Minecraft will always be a part of me. The music, the art, the creativity, the adventure, all of it. The flow of nostalgia everytime I hear the classic soundtracks, or stories.
Yes, that's the only major thing I will remember from my childhood. When I'll be older Ill be like "I had school and more friends than now and... Minecraft"
@@gftk5566 I don't like the fact how people play Minecraft for the aesthetic of it. I started playing Minecraft with my dad since I was like 5 yrs old- I miss those good times when that was the only thing I used to think about as a child.
It’s crazy how all of us listening to this same music all seem so be going through the same thing and struggling mentally. I come here to hopefully put my overactive brain to rest, to calm my insanely bad anxiety, and to desperately try to keep the darkness from postpartum depression away from me. I like to listen to this and think about the days where I didn’t have responsibility or even a care in the world. Now With my beautiful baby boy laying on my left and my soul mate on my right, I know I’m living the life I’ve always wanted for myself but feel as though I’m fighting to just stay alive and keep moving forward. Life is tough and being able to lay here at night listening to this while I feel as though I’m lonely and worthless does help me get through. Thank you, and thank you to those who also acknowledge the fact that all of us are here for a reason: to reminisce in our youth. We all have purpose in this crap of a world and things will get better.
It's absolutely crazy but I see myself in the exact same situation in less then 3 months. Even our sleeping positions are the same and I'm going to have a son too! Having to deal with crippling depression and anxiety and never fully recovered from it, I'm concerned for my postpartum and might return to this to calm my feelings. Thank you for sharing your experience, random internet mommy from around the planet, I hope you can feel the endless love your baby and your partner have for you. I'm so absolutely sure you are a very good mom and will give your child an awesome life. Get better soon dear
I remember all the time I spent playing Minecraft, I remember almost everything. The fear of the sunset and the night coming through, my first house, my first dog, my first dead-end screen. I can say that I never finished that game, but... The game itself seems that would never finish for me.
I remember… I remember, moving to another city and changing school in around 2014-2015, my parents still together and married, still living in my old house, having no friends but out of curiosity downloading Minecraft on my iPad, coming home after school and playing Minecraft for hours alone in my bedroom and following tutorials on how to build my house… ah, such good times
No tutorials for me I just grabbed diamond blacks and made one of those weird mansion things…just out of diamond blocks also tutorial world will be missed
Im here for different reasons than others. Every night when i went to sleep while i was with my favorite friend group i'll ever have. Im here to go back and sleep to this once again. Thank you.
i dont care if its underated,i just want the chill... the memories... and the feeling of joy... i miss the old days... i wish i can go back to 2010 so i can enjoy this again... i hope that the person who's reading this is healhty and happy im really sad right now cuz im hearing... SAD VIBES.... ;-; pls help....
Minecraft I think is often called a children's game. It's that old pixely game that has no storyline and as such is kinda boring. One thing I've learned however is that you never realize how amazing something is until it is gone and Minecraft is one of those cases. When your a child you don't see the value but when you begin to grow up and are shoved into adulthood you realize how amazing childhood and Minecraft was.
It’s been around 5 years ever since I shed a tear, who would’ve thought I cried to my childhood game, you can’t just quit Minecraft it’s not just a game anymore
To those who miss Minecraft: “Why Have you stopped? Continue! You have a whole life ahead of you. Make it better! Go back and enjoy the moments you had, again. Together we will defeat them. You and me!” “You really think so?” “Of course. Let’s do it! What are you waiting for hit start!” -Alex to a Lost Player
i understand what you mean but, its just.. not the same. i used to play with my three older brothers or my dad just me and him bonding together and building houses in our home. my dad is gone including with my mom... i was sperated from my brothers and that house is no longer lived in...
This gives me such nostalgia, I feel so calm and content. I feel so happy remembering the days in wich nothing really mattered and everything was always good, and yet so sad knowing that I will never really have that genuine and carefree happiness in the same way I did ever again.. Everything is so different now, I just wish I could be a kid again..
meditate and find yourself within and which u will be able to enjoy the little things in life and “be a kid again”. promise u. we’re all our young selfs in the inside it’s not gone away.
After hearing this song, I instantly got a rush of nostalgia through my veins. I grew up playing this game as my childhood and until now I still have fun playing this game especially with friends. This was also the game that content creators made in my childhood. Goodbye stampy. Goodbye Popularmmos. Goodbye Captain. You will be missed.
Man i missed the simpler moments in life where all you would care about was your tamed wolf not dying to mobs while protecting you. To everyone that played minecraft and made memories with friends, please take a moment to appreciate those friends and those moments for making that time the best time of our lifes. Love y’all minecrafters
Одна игра объединила нас всех. Мы были так малы и даже не думали, что что-то настолько простое и не требующая особого обучентя и заучивания правил..останется с нами еще на долгий промежуток времени 🎉
i remember years ago, when i was around 7, my brother’s xbox was one of a kind in our tiny town. the neighboring kids would come over and we’d play on it in shifts of 4. we had a world where we had built an entire town: it had hotels, bars, even two botanic gardens we built in a contest! it was so fun. we’d play in the tutorial world where there was a massive abandoned cathedral and we’d play hide and seek there. eventually, though, we started to grow out of that phase. my brother gave me the xbox and moved on to pc. they started to come over less and less. now the oldest kid is finishing college and the youngest is around 13. time flies by. i miss those days. we’d scream at each other for destroying something or fucking up a build. but it was so, so fun.
wow, i always played alone, i still do, i get bullied for playing it but minecraft literally raised me. its 98% of my childhood memories. i am NEVER EVER going to stop playing till the day i drop dead.
Man ready all these comments made me kinda cry realizing how good and wholesome our community is. {Cute-ish story} When my mom first met my step dad I was 9 and he taught me how to play Minecraft which he didn't know how. It was an experience for us both lmao. We made an igloo in the snow and as I was walking in, something blew up we didn't know what creepers were, lemme tell you he was so mad and blamed me for half the house exploding haha but then he figured out it wasn't me and he apologized and gave me a bone and said "let's go find a dog" 😭😭 this might not make sense but it's something that I think about when listing/playing Minecraft 🥺🥺❤❤
@@tacowithatophat524 well I used to have this childhood friend, I usually go to her house every weekend or holiday to play minecraft, we were so close. We used to cheer on each other, protect each other from mobs. Usually we will build cafes or restaurants! And have villagers to be the “customer” . We used to like mostly play in creative mode, as we like to make random stuff, such as roller coaster rides, or like big mansions. But occasionally we would play in survival mode, but we always like rage too fast, we went to the nether in survival and screamed for a couple times, it was such a fun time, it’s been 7 years since we played, but now we barely talked I miss that old times
20 years old, attending college, working hard on my dream job for the medical field and yet I listen to this every night that I study. I am happy that I have gotten here and yet I miss this so much. I miss building many minecraft projects in my world with my friends, going mining for them diamonds, and having a blast. I wanna feel what it felt like to try and fight the ender dragon once more, explore the beautiful world of minecraft. This brings a tear in my eye just listening to this wonderful melody, at the same time feeling so nostalgic. ❤️
make it real, dude. studying it is a good thing, but u should know that sometimes u just need to find one evening for yourself and your mental health. gl, friend

it’s sad to think that we’re the only generation that’s going to understand the power of the simple minecraft music it really hits differently. i’m playing this at my wedding for sure when i get older
I have played minecraft with my son. I'm 41. He's 14. (I'm mom btw) these moments hit hard. I promise you're not the only generation that feels this way. Sometimes I feel like I can't let go of the times when we bonded over these moments. I wish we could keep it going forever. I wish more parents shared more moments with their children and made more wonderful memories with them. If you want to play this at your wedding, you do just that. You have my blessing. 💚💜
this is so true tho. like being real, i didn't play many other games, i didn't have friends i could hang out with, so i just played minecraft. i remember like taking my ipad with me to this event and i was sitting playing pocket edition for most of it while my mom talked to some of her coworkers. i think i was next to my brother showing him how to play it. good times dude. i miss when you could get home from school and hop right onto the screen, right into the last world you made. i miss those days. ya dont even notice it at the time but that feeling sticks with you forever.
@@boxedupkit So true. I remember when I used to play with my brother almost everyday for hours at a time. This one game had such a huge impact on my childhood and without it I bet I'd be a different person than who I am today. I built relationships with that game and looking back I find it kind of beautiful how such a seemingly small thing can have such a giant, positive impact on my life. It may seem stupid to some people but I will never forget minecraft and the comfortable escape it created for me growing up, and I'm glad I got to experience it with some of the most important people in my life.
@@hayleywindom2979 absolutely dude. those times in class when the teacher would mention obsidian and you could tell all the minecraft fans in class were so pumped up, ready to show off their video game influenced knowledge and rub it in when the teacher is shocked they knew about obsidian of all things. honestly. you're so right. so much came out of minecraft, right off the bat too. im glad to have been apart of it when i was.
May God bless all of yall. Miss the good times I used to get on with my friends and family. The days without worrying about bills and tomorrow were a blast. Miss those days. I wish we could all go back to our childhood one more time and enjoy it, like if it was the last day on earth... Wish i was with all my friends on Minecraft one more time.. never forget til I die.

Seeing these comments makes me feel like I'm in a certain safe, wholesome and nostalgic environment. Here I am at 4 in the morning with tears of joy in my eyes. You all matter to me, you matter to someone. You matter. I love this. I love you.
Watching this video, reading these comments made me forget about *the war o’ ‘16* (it was a Minecraft war, at first it was a little joke, then bases were blown up. Dogs were lost. Nights and nights went by, the war was going on. For exactly 48 Minecraft days. The war is over, apologetics were given, the world is still spinning in Minecraft.)
My brother died 2 months ago? I've lost count of the days, we would always play mincraft, building houses and building puzzles for each other to solve in the game and this video just dug up all those memories and now I'm just sobbing in my chair. I want to play mincraft again for the memories. Edit: me and my mom built a tree house and found a Nether fortress... it was nice :)
I hope you're doing okay, internet is not the best way to send a hug but i hope that you received mine. The hardest part is right now, things will get better soon, i love you stranger, and i always will. Good luck with everything
@@codyantrim8700 I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope that you and me can work through our grief. I have not had the experience of losing a friend but I can't imagine the pain your feeling
i have no idea why i started xrying to this. I think its cause it just makes me feel so nostagic. rembering the times in 2015 when i was sat on the living room floor playing minecraft with my dad, building roller coasters, making "lego land" a trampline park. and just a survival work with my cousin
I remember this so clearly: The year was probably 2014 or 2015. I’d come home from school, run to my parents room and watch Stampy Cat or DanTDM on my dads Xbox 360. I found out i could download a demo of minecraft and played it nonstop, though it was just the tutorial world. I remember finding the secret portal, right as I was about to go in, the tutorial time ran out. Good times. I miss being carefree and happy.
I cannot imagine any other game having as big of an impact on a child than minecraft, although they ruined it by splitting the community in half and trying to become like every other big game today, we all remember those special days when minecraft was are place of freedom and what felt like endless entertainment, Stampy’s and DanTDM’s old videos encapsulated that feeling and brought it to new heights creating unforgettable memories inside the minds of thousands.
I also miss being care free and happy, thanks to all the stressful stuff in the world, quarentine, covid, etc. most of us have been stressed and even then beforehand he could've been building up stress and depression, Minecraft was such a throw back to when we didn't have to worry about these things, and I miss those days and I'm sure a bunch of other people do.
I’m crying rn, my cat loves falling asleep to this. She is precious. It reminds me of when i was a kid and would fall asleep playing minecraft with my headset on. I miss playing this with all my old friends. Xbox 360 players know the vibe. I still play this, but i only really have one friend. He’s been my best friend for about a year now. Thanks maximous, i couldn’t ask for a better cake wars partner.
I used to listen to this and sleep when I was younger. Listening to this now brings back so many memories and reminds me of how many things can change so fast in life.
@@therubberducky5942 antidepressants are scary, they can make your depression worse. But if they working for you right now that’s good, although there are better ways to deal with depression
Its crazy how a person can have so many memories just with music, simple tones, a game and some friends you share the memories with. Good night guys. Remember. Life is something beatiful so be happy in it. You only have one.
... "Helloo everyone, Dan from the diamond minecart here and today we are playing Minecraft! And would you look at that, Grim is already ready, wait.. where's Trayurus.. probably in the lab, lets see what he's up to!" ..... "What's the knock at the door? Could it be.. Craig the Mailman, he's probably got the stuff I ordered"
I would give anything to experience these memories for the first time again, it feels weird that back then we were just having fun. Messing around on Minecraft, being scared of all the mobs, getting a dog, finding your first diamond, discovering a village, it's all things that I have a fond memory of. Young us didn't realise that older us would think fondly of this game, games these days will never capture our minds the same ever again, and that's the unfortunate truth of it. You can re-build memories, you can't re-create them.
You can, though, have new firsts! Your first mangrove find! That was a big one for me, had one world where I really wanted mangrove cause it was so pretty, finally got some emeralds in case a trader showed up with propagules, and he did so I got some!
After reading every single one of the comments. I'm in tears. (Not Joking) it's 12:39 at night and i'm tired, and am probably not in the right place of mind, but after hearing what people had to say. It made my heart swell. Every single one of your guys are kind human beings. Spread you love throughout your town. May your words be taken strong and not lightly. May you all live long and prosperous lives. Keep living like there's no tomorrow. Because, what the world is coming to. I just want you guys to enjoy it. Live it. Love it. Care for it. Care for others. I'm going to say goodbye. May you all have peace.
Are you okay? Do you need someone to talk too? If you need anything I can talk to you, I'll be the one you can talk too along with others, if your going through hard times, stay strong, please do.
Has anyone ever fallen in love with someone who they used to build with and now revisit the maps years later, remembering the good times. I hope she is happy 💙
Man I wish dr Seuss was still alive he was a great man he put his heart and soul into his books because that would make him happy and he would go to hospitals to see the kids and give them hugs and food he would try to pay there medical bills he was such a great man
I'm 14 and haven't even became an adult and I'm already crying you never release its a memory you seen it as having fun. Remember when you used to play with siblings and see whoever could get the most stuff from the tutorial like 1 sibling would have the farm and the other would have the castle
We played on 360. Younger siblings and I always had that screen split in 4. I’d kill to just have one more Minecraft night with all of them. One minute you’re overrunning villages with your best friends, the next- you’re moving out to college.
i don’t care how old i am or will be - minecraft will always be my childhood yea basically just my entire child revolved around the game that revolves around cubes
There’s a saying that is true with this statement: you can please some people all the time but you can please all the people. I’m this sense notch pleased millions of people but made a few thousand people mad

Hey! Nice work :)
I have a curiosity... Does TH-cam demonetize the video because of the musics?
I remember when there was only oak doors, roses and dandelions, red beds, the stairs wouldn't align and they only went 1 way, wolves were the only animal you could tame, there was only plains villages, the nether was just a sea of lava, diamonds were the rarest thing in the game, and that awkward crafting menu where you had to scroll and you could never find what you wanted to craft.

Those times, so.. peaceful 🥺
I miss that but now there’s more thing to make my dream land

We played, we tried
We laughed, we cried
We succeeded, we died
We respawned and thrived
From the zombies, to the endermen
From the skeletons, to the pigmen
From the spiders and creepers
And from those annoying griefers
From the biome of jungle to sands
To the mushrooms and other obscure lands
From the snow and ice
To the swamps which never looked too nice
From the moments with friends we’ll cherish
From a time we hoped Herobrine would perish
From the great animations
To the TH-cam sensations
Along with those musical incantations
I thank Mojang for creating my childhood
Much better than just ‘good’
I think I speak for everyone here
When I say this is not game of the year
It’s the game of the century
As it offered us plenty
And these memories will never leave
Just like the thought of first playing as Steve
So I say close your eyes
And listen to the music with surprise
As your memories of Minecraft where once apart
But now can be fixed like a broken heart
In order to find your memories core
You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more
And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time
As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime
One last thing, for me to say
Which would be, have a nice day
Also for you to never forget this game
Nor the journey that came
As apart of that journey was the end
Quite literally, not pretend
Just like this poem, which I hope you all read
As I would love it if this poem and this game is remembered once I’m dead.
thank you for reading my poem spread this and make people feel and see their memories and chime their day and also childhood one wise man says the memory you Cherise will never go Un banish a true Minecraft player has one thing is their hearts a beautiful fire that lit their kindness and make them shine more beautiful than the stars i hope this made ur day it would mean a whole lot to me have a nice minecraft day :)

Very good History..

Prove me wrong, every childhood Minecraft enjoyer is now a depressed suicidal teen. Because we can't relive those days of being kids
This poem is sad i like it but its sad
You make me cry that is so true
I needed this lol
It hard when you become adult and some don’t play games like that anymore
these new day will be never be as good as the old days
Never again will the world feel such powerful emotions about blocks and a guy with a blue shirt
Also no one could ask for a better game than minecraft
Facts
That’s the beauty of it. The world will. This game will always be timeless- I mean, look at all the adults talking about how much they still love playing it-so the next generation can definitely have what we did too. Maybe the prime of playing is over for us, but it could be just starting for others. And in a couple years they can come back just like we are now, experiencing such powerful emotions, remembering some of the greatest times of their life.
Yup
@@alexanderkey2653 true. I always connected more to Alex (was overjoyed when she was added and still in love with her design), but I still like steve. I still remember my first game in Minecraft being hiding for half an hour in a dirt hole because I heard a chicken and thought it was going to kill me
I remember my first time in a minecraft world… it was pocket edition. I saw a cow, and ofc I hit it. When it mooed and ran around, I threw my mom’s phone and cried bc I thought I lost.
Then, when I played it on the xbox, I was murdered by a pack of wolves bc I had no idea how the controls worked lol
Tried to tame a fox... ended up naming it little demon bc it stole my leads and kill my chickens but I can't kill it bc my friend thinks it's cute
My first minecraft world was me spawned on a spruce tree in a snowy tiaga biome
And then it took me so long to figure out one control it was night
And so i walked off the top of said tree and took fall dmg, got shocked by it, then a creeper came up behind me and exploded, making me scream
That was back when xbox 360 edition was newish
I remember my very first world, snowy taiga biome, where I started fearing the night cause I knew what was coming. Made myself a weird dirt shack with a hole to see outside, and waited for the mobs before closing myself in the dark. I waited kinda long, panicking, and then the sun came back. Silly young me only realised later I was on peaceful mode.
Also, I remember putting water down a 1x1 hole going all the way down to caves as a shortcut for mining, in a snowy biome. Not the best of ideas, killed me bunch of times.
LMFAO SAME I USED TO BE SO SCARED WHEN IT STARTED TO GET NIGHT
A good feeling
Edit 1: IM SORRY I AM MAKING PEOPLE CRY!!!
Edit 2: she played on an xbox and she connected her account to her phone so she played on her xbox and her phone. She didn’t have the strength to play anymore and 2 weeks later she passed away. (For anyone confused about the device)
may her soul rest in peace..im so sorry i wish i could give u a hug :'(

Its the power of a cubic sandbox game
I feel your pain, but don’t give into it, just enjoy your life, and how it is. :)
Can't tell you how much I understand....
Thanks for telling your stories and you made my day
I like the way you spaced out each sentence.
Very cool.
I came to this video looking for something to fall asleep to. Before I went to fall asleep I decided to check the comments.
Wow.
That was beautiful.
Minecraft I think is often called a children's game. It's that old pixely game that has no storyline and as such is kinda boring. One thing I've learned however is that you never realize how amazing something is until it is gone and Minecraft is one of those cases. When your a child you don't see the value but when you begin to grow up and are shoved into adulthood you realize how amazing childhood and Minecraft was.

i remember years ago, when i was around 7, my brother’s xbox was one of a kind in our tiny town. the neighboring kids would come over and we’d play on it in shifts of 4.
we had a world where we had built an entire town: it had hotels, bars, even two botanic gardens we built in a contest! it was so fun. we’d play in the tutorial world where there was a massive abandoned cathedral and we’d play hide and seek there.
eventually, though, we started to grow out of that phase. my brother gave me the xbox and moved on to pc. they started to come over less and less.
now the oldest kid is finishing college and the youngest is around 13. time flies by.

STAMPY CAT PRACTICALLY RAISED ME 🤧💕
Same
I cannot imagine any other game having as big of an impact on a child than minecraft, although they ruined it by splitting the community in half and trying to become like every other big game today, we all remember those special days when minecraft was are place of freedom and what felt like endless entertainment, Stampy’s and DanTDM’s old videos encapsulated that feeling and brought it to new heights creating unforgettable memories inside the minds of thousands.
I didn't watch stampy, but I watch dantdm
I’m crying rn, my cat loves falling asleep to this. She is precious. It reminds me of when i was a kid and would fall asleep playing minecraft with my headset on. I miss playing this with all my old friends. Xbox 360 players know the vibe. I still play this, but i only really have one friend. He’s been my best friend for about a year now. Thanks maximous, i couldn’t ask for a better cake wars partner.
Keep him forever he's someone something you could never get back.
I used to play on 360 minecraft...the good old days....
You made me cry.
Touch your monitor. It is warm, Like flesh. But it is not flesh. Not yet.
This just made me miss all my Minecraft friends
I used to listen to this and sleep when I was younger. Listening to this now brings back so many memories and reminds me of how many things can change so fast in life.
this reminds me of the time where my mental health was the best it ever was.
Yeah, i take antideprassants and I know how it is.
@@therubberducky5942 antidepressants are scary, they can make your depression worse. But if they working for you right now that’s good, although there are better ways to deal with depression
@@colton7373 I am going through therapy too, don't worry.
Funny how when we are kids everything seems so bad and horrible.....we never knew how good we really had it
Growing up sucks
Its crazy how a person can have so many memories just with music, simple tones, a game and some friends you share the memories with. Good night guys. Remember. Life is something beatiful so be happy in it. You only have one.
Yes
Tears in my eyes
* ugly sobbing *
IM ABOUT TO FUCKING DIE FORM TEARS AAAAAAAA
**intense sad**
Sobs
not to sound like a rude snob or anything but the mailmans name was actually Craig :D /lh
Don't cry because the memories are gone, but smile because it happened.
:’)
Thank you❤

me at a funeral: °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°
I would give anything to experience these memories for the first time again, it feels weird that back then we were just having fun. Messing around on Minecraft, being scared of all the mobs, getting a dog, finding your first diamond, discovering a village, it's all things that I have a fond memory of. Young us didn't realise that older us would think fondly of this game, games these days will never capture our minds the same ever again, and that's the unfortunate truth of it. You can re-build memories, you can't re-create them.
Agree bro
But you can't recreate emotions
You can, though, have new firsts! Your first mangrove find! That was a big one for me, had one world where I really wanted mangrove cause it was so pretty, finally got some emeralds in case a trader showed up with propagules, and he did so I got some!
One More thing, You May Never Know...When You Place Your Last Block..

I'm in tears. (Not Joking)
it's 12:39 at night and i'm tired, and am probably not in the right place of mind, but after hearing what people had to say.
It made my heart swell.
Every single one of your guys are kind human beings.

Has anyone ever fallen in love with someone who they used to build with and now revisit the maps years later, remembering the good times. I hope she is happy 💙

it isnt over, it doesnt have to be over till you want it to be over
Man I wish dr Seuss was still alive he was a great man he put his heart and soul into his books because that would make him happy and he would go to hospitals to see the kids and give them hugs and food he would try to pay there medical bills he was such a great man
Am I the only one who whenever they hear this quote, thinks of Unus Annus?

I'm 14 and haven't even became an adult and I'm already crying you never release its a memory you seen it as having fun. Remember when you used to play with siblings and see whoever could get the most stuff from the tutorial like 1 sibling would have the farm and the other would have the castle
Yknow the old version of minecraft is always there if you are on playstation or never uninstalled it.
those maps where nuts! i remember the portal room, the potions, the lava wall and redstone piston bridge, that pushed me to the redstone world
@@polarispulsar I had it on 360
Same bro just turned 14, I’m digging through memory lane
We played on 360. Younger siblings and I always had that screen split in 4. I’d kill to just have one more Minecraft night with all of them. One minute you’re overrunning villages with your best friends, the next- you’re moving out to college.
You have made thousands of people mad, yet made millions of people’s childhood.
Thanks Notch
i don’t care how old i am or will be - minecraft will always be my childhood
yea basically just my entire child revolved around the game that revolves around cubes
There’s a saying that is true with this statement: you can please some people all the time but you can please all the people. I’m this sense notch pleased millions of people but made a few thousand people mad
Wot did he doo
@@Boyohboydoidoasmr notch made a couple of tweets that actually changed his reputation from god of Minecraft to devil of Minecraft
