I don't want to say definitely because I haven't tried them with all sorts of viscosity. The silicone seal comes down into the container and there is a snap seal. I heard they are also coming out wirh a new generation soon as well that may have different abilities.

Can you fit those two smaller inside the biggest one and close the lid?
