One Pot Chinese Chicken Stew with Potatoes | Home Style Chinese Food

Some days I just crave homey food like this Chinese chicken stew that pays homage to my sentimental childhood 😌 It’s not something you’ll find in restaurants outside, and I’m sure many of you have had a variation of this dish growing up - do share what your family chinese chicken stew was like. Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1/2 onion
Chicken marinade:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp shao xing wine
Pepper
3 cups of water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
