When it comes to smiley piercings, your frenulum has to be big enough to hold the piercing, otherwise your body will reject it or the piercing will break right through it. I tried to do it too and it hurts 😭 but when my friend tried it, it was like a 2/10 it didn’t even hurt, my septum hurt way worse ( 7/10), my piercer probably didn’t pierce it in the right spot ( my sweet spot) 😭

Yes because the mouth tissues regenerate quickly. The piercing would be healed in a few weeks (2-3). Also it’s just a thin membrane of flappy skin so it’ll just feel like a small pinch, then it goes warm (blood rushing to the area) and you don’t feel pain anymore. Just the warmth :)
