In this video I took on the challenge of pacing 22 minutes at Ormskirk Parkrun, treating it as more of a shakeout before racing on the Sunday.

Another great video, wish we had pacers at our park runs, could do with someone like you to get me near 20 min, your mum was close to your predicted time (looks to young to be your mum btw) great family event, and well done thanking the marshalls always a sign of a quality runner who carers, enjoyed the blog and enjoy your weekend

Great pacing out there, looked like a decent course tad aggressive at 5:23 in the funnel tho 😂😂 my guess was going to be 21:50

I think the most important take away from this is that I got sub 29 minutes. It’s not all about you Connor 😂
