Enchantress could be a fun crossover from agents of shield, lady sif came to earth hunting Loralei, a sorcerer from Asgard who could control men with just her voice. Bring that actress back, give her a power boost by some means and bam Enchantress.

I believe that Ares being the villian would be a great choice. I believe that it would be great to see Thor try to fix the brotherly relationship between Ares and Hercules so they dont go through the same thing Thor and Loki did (off and on again fighting, only to truely except eachother when its too late.) That would also be a great segway to a Thor and Loki reunion. Maybe after the conflict is settled with Ares and Hercules, Thor is reminded of his relationship Loki and gets bummed out, and in a moment of solitude, is greeted by Loki. I would prefer if this was the Loki from the tv show. That could lead into an interesting storyline where Thor and Loki have to rebuild their relationship to the point it was at in Ragnarok.

Maybe if the Hercules thing happens it is by Percy Jackson lore and he actually is evil but eventually he finds Percy thinks he is bad fight him blah blah blah and he realizes that Percy is good so they team up fight Hercules find out he is controlled by ares and fights ares.

Sure, he defeats Haikili and Kamapua'a, but he can't defeat them without help from Anarteq, Nemara, some other beach bum tourists, and Perchta. The last of whom reluctantly helps them, in spite the fact that Kamohoalii and Krampus aren't exactly friends. Then, Pele is released. And she's not exactly like the myth. It's the demoness Prontchika, like Hela on steroids, dressed up as a Hawaiian goddess! Kamohoalii can't stop Pele's rampage without help from Cherinob and Soetera.
As awesome as it could be The Black Winter and The Mangog are way too powerful to be a movie villain since it takes killing Galactus and absorbing the power cosmic for Thor to stand a chance against The Black Winter and even Odin was afraid of The Mangog
