I am trying to understand who is more powerful, Ruin King Thor or Herald of Thunder Thor? I keep hearing Ruin King Thor but thr example of why does not add up. How do you mean? "Hulk will never be the strongest" hate to break it to you but Thor himself has literally stated that Hulk is indeed stronger than him,this isn't new. Hulk has always been stronger than Thor.
I think what you're talking about is Power,there's a difference between power and strength.
Also using Rune King Thor against a normal Hulk doesn't seem fair..
