Pretty sure there is no piezo pickup in the bridge. Just the Fishman neck pickup. The "tone" control is actually a "contour" control that affects the EQ of the neck pickup.
Thank you for the video. I purchased the mahogany dreadnought for playing in my praise and worship band. There is quite a bit of neck dive, and mine had some fret sprouts, but overall I really love this guitar. I am surprised there are not more reviews with these guitars. Looking forward to your other video.
@@sid5156 I do like it. I went to a local music shop and played one first. They did not have the exact model that I was looking for, but if you play electrics, you will love the neck on this. Also, I think it sounds great plugged in with a little EQ tweak. I hope I don't lead you astray, but I love mine.
I'm getting one for ergonomic reasons as well. I think I'll go with the dreadnaught though, in hopes of less neck dive and slightly better sound unplugged.
Interesting guitar, I look forward to the follow-up video. Sounds a bit dark and flat but I'm pretty sure you can dial in some brightness with the Tone Master Pro.
This guitar, especially the way you played it reminds me of a jazz guitar. Great playing. I tried both models in a local shop and came away impressed. I would like a few more options with regards to colors or burst finishes. I think Fender might want to consider adding a piezo to it to blend between both tones.
This is not a mass of high-tech nonsense built into an acoustic looking guitar. It is just good classic and proven electronics design put in a thin guitar designed acoustically to minimize feedback. Unplugged it is even loud enough for personal practice. It is not dirt cheap but not overpriced either at $1000.00 USD for a Pro product without a serious alternative in that price range.
Sure…like I did…I plugged it in! I just thought I should share how loud the guitar sounds acoustically…just some information for people and stuff…you know…kinda what I do here

👍🏿🤘Thanks for the acoustic video. Delivering on the promise sir.

After you've had it for a couple weeks, are you still liking it? I am ready to pull the trigger on one soon.

I’m thinking of doing the same for my praise team. How does it sound in the mix?
Awesome, I love it.@@im58woody
beautiful playing mate!!!
Bought one for ergonomics, can’t wait to see your follow up videos!

I did get the dread and love it!
Really Great Demo Man ❤
Thank you very much

We just filmed the full demo for the guitar and that was exactly what we said in it too…having a piezo to blend in would be nice!!
Why, nobody love piezo
I have an acoustasonic strat in black i like this guitar and im gonna wait for a USA made version in black and ill buy one
Sounds good! Not a big acoustic fan but it’s cool!🙂
Wish to have cutaway styles.
I guess you know by now that it only has the Fluence pickup. There's no under saddle piezo. 🎸
Yep…that was just my ignorance…not looking it up before the guitar came!!
Have you ever tried Pennyroyal Tea as a remedy for your very bad posture? Great video as always.
No I never have…but that’s more to treat inflammation isn’t it? I do some yoga to help strengthen my back and re-align everything!!

I am suscribing. Can you test it in a clean electric guitar amp?
Sure thing - thanks for subscribing!!
After playing one at the local store, Ive heard oil can guitars that sound better
Loud acoustically, but sounds like crap. I guess you have to plug it in, and then plugging in any guitar will make it sound better.
