I'm really glad you mentioned reaching out to friends or loved ones because honestly, I find that it's far too easy to isolate ourselves to make excuses because of how busy life feels. It's concerning when people do the opposite of this, and I know that I've been guilty of isolating myself in the past. People care a lot more than what one may care to realize ❤

I go to therapy once every two weeks and I am so thankful for it! It is super helpful.

One, of the best ways that boost my mental health. Which will sound extremely stupid. Drinking a lot of water, in the winter we often think we don't need to drink as much because it's colder. In theory it makes sense but water makes your body function properly. Days I do not drink much water. I see a major difference in my energy and happiness.

I like to get my thoughts off myself when I'm down for whateverreason. As a Christian I find that serving others, prayer, and worship are tremendous ways to lift my spirit, in the Spirit.

Tracing your hand alongside the deep breathing - what a brilliant idea! Thank you!!!!

I learned from a great Neurosurgeon that the sun helps to build our frontal lobe dopamine, which helps to make us feel good. I make it a priority to get as much sun through my retinas as possible. The folks who wear sunglasses, regular glasses or contacts, prevent this from happening. Sungazing is so beneficial for our well being

Do you ever give thought to the One who created the sun?

Somegreat tips Ashlynne! I really enjoy Pilates and find regular practice helps with how I'm feeling physically and mentally. I also like a 10 minute meditation. There are so many great ones on TH-cam. Hope you're having a great week! 😊

I like doing 5 or 10 min of mindfulness meditation in the morning. It's been a great practice over the years. I use a book called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels.

Thanks for another great video. I love to read if I want to relax. If I watch telly I will fall asleep real quick 😂 because I put the sound so low that I have to read the subtitles and real soon after I start doing that the subtitles will go to fast for me so I fall asleep. Concerning caffeine I must say that it doesn’t bother me at all. I drink cola throughout the whole day and even when I wake up at night to pie I will take a couple of sips of cola and continue to sleep after that straight away.
