सर कोई कर्मचारी गार्ड (2800 GP) से 06.01.2020 को सिनियर गार्ड यानि 4200 GP में प्रोमोशन पाता है ।
फिर बीमारी कारण उसको अनफिट कर दिनाँक 01.10.2021 को मेडिकल विभाग में OS (4200 GP) में पोस्टिंग होता है। तो वो ग्रुप बी (APO) सेलेक्शन के लिए किस तारीख से सक्षम माना जायेगा। और LDCE 30% APO के लिए कब माना जायेगा।

सर एपीओ 70% में पास किए सभी में से फाइनल पैनल वरीयता के आधार पर बनता है यानी कम मार्क्स वाले भी यदि वरिष्ठ है तो पैनल में उसका नाम आगे रहेगा।
