Sir ,I was in PAF as an aerotrade and medically unfit during training in Kohat,and then I don't appeal for Medical board in Islamabad,and unwill and now I completed my fsc ,can I apply for pma long course,I was unfit due to low haemoglobin level almost 11.3

AOA sir I wanted to ask a question.Sir in Issb I underperformed in individual obstacles.In all the other tasks I performed well.Can obstacles be the only reason for my not recommendation.
