People mostly fishing in Jomtien. There are some platforms where people fishing. I saw some people fishing on pattaya Beach as well by rarely.

Nice place to visit if you just want to party and blow some money. Terrible place to live unless you have plenty of money and just want to party yourself into as early a grave as possible.
I think the cost of living and partying is more in other places like Phuket for example. In Pattaya you can save living in a good Condo for 300 with walking distance to the beach. For example in Jomtien
