That was one of the hotels I stayed at and it wasn't a very good stay. I booked 2 rooms and when I checked in they over booked and asked me to give up my room for another guest . The pool still looks the same from last year so those 2 guys that are suppose to fix the patches must be really busy. We also went to their restaurant and they seated us in a separate room away from the restaurant because they had something on at the restaurant which was all good but it took over 1hr for our food to come cause they were to focused on the function happening in the restaurant. It felt like they just wanted our money but the service was well below average. The staff need to go learn off Tanoa Tusitala, Hotel Millenia Samoa and Jet Over (Savaii)
Sorry for the bad review on this hotel but thats the realz. We never got that greeting when we arrived or the flower on the bed. Its like its all for show just to get that money

Oh the memories.... i stayed in the Poolside villa right in the middle there for 2 weeks. Was bliss.....i mean i woke up on the first morning with some hot guy to my side. What could be better 😂😂🤦🏽♀️

Yeah I didn’t have the best stay when I went there last year. In fact it was probably the worst experience I had....still love you guys though lol ❤️
Ugh that’s TERRIBLE!! Sorry about that!! I know they had a bit of a spell there for the last couple years where it was a bit rough w customer service. But they’re trying to step it up and hired a general manager from a Marriott Resort and brought her over to revamp everything. Her name is Milla and she’s INCREDIBLE!! Awesome lady!! I think you’ll be impressed this time around!
Fantastic video yet again guys! My family and i usually watch you on TV via youtube and we don't get the chance to comment so i thought i'd jump on to say THANK YOU for all the great work you're doing to grow Tourism in Samoa. We go to Samoa often as my Fiance Fatu is from there (I'm from the cook islands) and i ALWAYS leave heartbroken and in tears because i never want to leave! I strongly feel that Samoa is SO underrated and the world is missing out on it's beauty. Thanks Etelei!! Love your name, btw. Not sure if we’ve ever told you. Beautiful!! Glad you enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun to film this one and figure it out. It was a lot harder than other stuff we normally do because we had sooooo much footage! About 150 GIGS of footage we had to cut down to about 5 gigs. Alisha did SO much work on this one. Do you have some feedback for us on how we filmed this Resort Review? We decided when we were alllll done filming to film the recap style instead of the instant vlog reaction that we usually do. Know what i mean? Like we sat down in our marching outfits and reviewed how our stay went rather than just telling people in the moment. Hope that makes sense. Anyway, do you think you watched this one more, less, or about the same?? Just trying to hone in on a good system for filming and editing Resort Reviews. Thanks for the help if you have a minute!

It must be hard to get editing done and try and jam everything you can into 5 gigs I'm saying this cos I have no idea how editing video works, but when you mentioned you had 150 gigs of footage & try to get it down to 5 gigs or less OMG!! That is alot of work I appreciate the hard work you both are doing to try and get Samoa 🇼🇸 out there to the world Samoa is very blessed, for the hotel review I liked how you both sat down & took the time to explain other details & services the hotel had and other things they didn't like laundry service 🤔 🤦 lol having small clips & pictures put in during your talk was a great idea it gave me a clear picture what was inside and what to expect cos really we don't see any advertising or reviews for hotels here in Samoa on TV or on social media as much but what you both are doing is really nice putting their business out there to world to see and attracting tourists to come to Samoa, you guys are really doing a great job with your videos and I know you guys are doing with love cos everytime I watch your videos it always puts a smile on my face and makes my stomach grumble 😂😂 hopefully my input helps you with your feedback & again thank you for all that you do blessings to you all Jamily family ❤️❤️

We know it comes from a loving heart and know you just want us to be better as we show people Samoa. We really do hope the world gets informed more about Samoa. Every tourist we meet says they have already been somewhere else; Tonga, Fiji, Cooks, Tahiti. Haven’t heard a single tourist say this is their first Polynesian island. That needs to change. Beautiful and thank you for the review. My family and I are planning a trip and this is very helpful to narrow down where to stay. My husband is from New Hampshire so it will be the first time bringing him and our kids to Samoa. I was born and raise in American Samoa but both my parents are from Savaii so looking forward to coming back home.

@@JAMilyTV we haven't hash out all the details yet. He's retiring from the Army early next year so hopefully sometime next year. We're planning to stay at least 2 weeks. One week in American Samoa and another in Samoa to visit families and friends in both islands.

Lotsa great options in Samoa now! We are doing another Resort Review at Sheraton Resort in Mulifanua next month and a few others so you’ll have a lot to choose from by April, haha!
stayed there 2016 or was it 2015 but anyhu pool still looks the same! where did u say the 2 guys were? Timbuktoo? Breakfast was good and yes too many mozzies but given where its at theyre excused.
Has it been that long? Yeah that’s pretty long. Unfortunately one guy was really expensive and the other’s wife had some major health problems so he’s cut back on his work. But yeah, opportunity for anyone who knows how to resurface pools!! Glad you still enjoyed your stay as did we. Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, and getting better everyday!! ❤️❤️❤️
