  • To celebrate our 2 year anniversary of living in Samoa, we wanted to do something we hadn't done before. One of our amazing viewers made this possible. We are SO grateful to Peetah for the gracious gift of letting us spend the day with his AMAZING family and visit the beautiful islands of #Apolima and #Manono. If you have never been, you have to go, and there is no better way to make this epic trip than by having Mika be your tour guide! We HIGHLY recommend this day excursion for locals living in Samoa and for those visiting Samoa! It was seriously one of the most wonderful and memorable days we've had while living in Samoa and just one of our most favorite family excursions of all time. And the FOOD was INCREDIBLE!! We seriously can't say enough good things about this amazing day and hope you enjoy coming along for the ride!

I am so moved by this episode. Breathtaking! I’m speechless.... still trying to absorb the simplicity, yet majestic characteristics of these islands. Loved how those young children find joy in a game of volleyball with a make believe net held in place by another child. The smile on their faces and the sound of laughter is so genuine. A child in the western world will probably find it difficult to appreciate the creativity and the improvisation of what’s readily available for the sake of pure happiness. Your host really deserves two thumbs up. That spread for lunch ....yummy! That size two.... well roasted! Congratulations on your two year anniversary in Samoa. This was such a beautiful gift! Such a priceless experience!🙏😀

Sorry to rain on your Samoan parade, but that brown girl got that barefoot adventuring habit from those palagi kids in NZ. I wouldn't be surprised though if some of her father's fearless Jandal wearing adventuring spirit also has rubbed off on her.

R T Oh yes, sorry I should have said ‘entering’. If you don’t count the waves correctly, it can be very dangerous. But Apolima? The Island? It’s beautiful 💯

We’re Samoan born raised up in NZ and this is it!! This is the Samoa I know and that’s it, everything about Samoa and being a Samoan was shown here. ❤️
Even the Story about the Apolima drinking the water it was my first time hearing it and if you believe Moses opened up the ocean then believe that too. I love Jamily tv you guys are on.
    PS.
    Sorry about your drone 😂
Maybe our Ancestors didn’t want you to fly that thing around haha. It actually my first time seeing Apolima from that view too actually 👌🏾 thank you 🙏🏾

This made my day and put a smile on my face, just being able to witness you and your family enjoy the simplicity and natural beauty of Samoa. How wonderful it must be to raise your family there. Thank you so much for sharing! I didn't know I was already a subbie lol I hope 1 day to be able to travel there and to visit these 'incredible' islands 😊

That's our family wharf and family on Manono where they left the island. It's where my mother was born and raised. Beautiful place in the 1970s when I was a young kid attending the Salua Primary School there. Thanks Jamily TV for sharing your videos.
