I definitely don’t feel like I wasted my youth, it’s an investment to work at a corporation for so long. It takes times/development for a person to be ready/and earn a senior corporate positions (if that is the goal) and the best way to get there is by working 9-10 years; while moving up the corporate ladder. Putting in the time shows corporate your commitment and there is a lot you will/can learn about yourself by being tested and challenged to grow at corporate.

Hmm sorry if my answer is a month late. I would say better if you get hybrid sched, 3 days office and 2 days wfh kasi mabibigla ka lalo na if tiring yung commute to office.
If anything I wish I'd started earlier! I taught a secind language for many years and it paid so so badly T.T but agree corporate can be soul sucking at times, which is why loved ones and self care are so important! 🧸💗
