I definitely don’t feel like I wasted my youth, it’s an investment to work at a corporation for so long. It takes times/development for a person to be ready/and earn a senior corporate positions (if that is the goal) and the best way to get there is by working 9-10 years; while moving up the corporate ladder. Putting in the time shows corporate your commitment and there is a lot you will/can learn about yourself by being tested and challenged to grow at corporate.

Hmm sorry if my answer is a month late. I would say better if you get hybrid sched, 3 days office and 2 days wfh kasi mabibigla ka lalo na if tiring yung commute to office.
