Hello! I'm having an issue with my DJI Osmo 6. when I place my phone on the gimbal, the motors don't appear to be working, the phone does not balance and there is no mode displayed. All I see is green battery light and green light that indicates the phone is connected, but it doesn't show what mode the gimbal is in, i.e. follow, tilt, etc. I've tried restaring the gimbal, updating the firmware, and forgetting/reconnecting my phone, but nothing works. I do the quick startup and the trigger, shutter buttons are responsive, but none of the gimbal modes work/show up. I tried recalibrating the gimbal, but nothing happens.
