Sobrang mahal niyan mate almost half mil… konti na lang puwede ka ng bumili ng bahay pero I consider mo rin yung stamp duty kasi ng bumili kami $520k stamp duty namin ay over $18k

Avoid that area. Maybe try parramatta although a bit dearer but at least safer.
