Maybe two legit subs and if Melo's 3's would have dropped second half they would have won against a PREP SCHOOL.. The better team won, but I was very impressed with Chino Hills' ability to compete with a team like Oak Hill! That leak out ish was nonexistent for Chino, but helped Oak Hill in their win. I agree a hundred percent with this comment however it seemed Oak hills got some ticky tacky calls against them. If Oak hills played more disciplined this games over earlier. Also the only players who are oak hill caliber are lamelo, the tall sophmore kid who playes forward/center, and liangelo ball. After that the talent level on Chino drops big time whereas Oak hill has studs at every starting position and the bench.
also Oak hill is good but far from a great oak hills team. This is a down year for Oak hills as they did lose to really good teams so far. However Oak hills is missing that true stud. Billy preston is really good and wiggington plays like his hair is on fire but they lack the true all around player that theyre used to getting every couple of years. The defense is lame. They're probably running offenses, not plays. Lots of better teams will run an offense, and have set plays for special situations. Chino Hills runs an offense for example. Idk the specifics, but they really push the tempo and lob it past half court, keep the wing players on the side and have their bigs close to get rebounds. The kids probably aren't running it flawlessly, but its still an offense. Running a set play every time down the floor would kill momentum and rhythm.

College ball is all about running 'set plays' and NOT leaving your teammates to pick up cheap fouls on the guys you are supposed to be guarding down in the paint.
If you notice in this game, the Chino Hills big men got away with a TON of fouls on players who drive to the bucket, that the refs never called... If this was a College game, the big men would have fouled out, which means that LiAngello won't be able to release and sprint down court without at least trying to get a single defensive rebound, or stopping all those drives to the basket.
So LiAngello is gonna pass the fuk out from 'heat exhaustion'... Because he will be running too many 'extra laps' after practice, from all the bad defensive habits & poor 'shot selection' choices he makes, on both ends of the floor.
I like how Chino always has one of the ball brothers down the court ready for a fast break. Not even a fast break they're just down there already.
