Hojo: Oh, nothing much. You just got to go kill the fat platypus thing.
Hunter: Okay. So, what do I have to do to reach HR 3?
Hojo: Kill the devil!
when i see the urgent quest whaa t i got meet the cover monster that fast and get shutdown as fast i know, guess ill farm rathian for now
Can you solo the Gathering Hub for leveling up HR?

Yes you can bro. im new to monster hunter (i only played mh world) so i was thinking that village and hub quests were the same so i soloed the hub quests.
Their harder then village quests
any tips? im struggling alot with this quest
Well, for starters try to change or upgrade your armor as it will greatly help your survivability in this mission. Magnamalo moves around fast even at low rank so you'll need to take note of its movements. You can also try joining others on that mission if you have Nintendo Switch Online active in your account.
@@jettplaine what armour do u suggest using, right now im usinf the full bishaten set with an insect glaive. i havent played mh in a while so not sure whts good anymore
@@kon816 I believe I was using Barroth Helm, Barroth Mail, Jaggi Gauntlets, Izuchi Coil, Ingot Greaves and a Novice Talisman when I was doing this mission. That will give you Attack Boost 4, Critical Eye 4, Defense Boost 1. Had those armor upgraded using the armor spheres you get by doing sub quests. As for the weapon, I think it was an Aerial Glaive from the bone tree. I eventually replaced the Izuchi Coil with a Barioth Coil and that was what I was using up until I reach high rank.
Attack Boost, Critical Eye and Speed Sharpening are the skills I'm currently leaning on here in HR7, but I'm considering Weakness Exploit and Razor Sharp as well. I'm in the process of farming the materials, decos and melding for those right now.
@@jettplainewhat weapons do you personally recommend with this quest? Magnamalo (or purple Tai Lung, as I “like” to call him) keeps carting me. I can hardly get enough hits in, let alone any significant damage, without putting myself directly in the line of fire. Even when I spam the right buttons to dodge, I can’t get away in time.
@@allstarpterosaur850any weapon will work just fine. I think what I did back here was I max upgraded my armor for survivability. Bring as much healing items as you can. Oh, and don’t forget to eat dango that boosts your defense.
If you also have friends you can bring with you, that should make it easier as the monster won’t always focus on you.

i dk why i cant use my dog lol all the time i have to walk
in online quest u can have only one buddy so mostly u assigned the cat as your main and dog as your 2nd.if u assign dog as main he will appear
