My elder sister always wanted a simple wedding at the mosque with her family members only and at the end the circumstances at that time and Allah made her dream come true. It was a perfect wedding. I have went to some of the most extravagant weddings in my city of many big people but my elder sister's wedding was the best wedding I have ever been to. Inshallah one day I want a simple wedding like her's

neighbours, relatives, acquaintances, people in the society as a whole, curse you and our family if they aren't invited to the wedding... they make our lives a living hell if lavish and grand wedding parties aren't thrown by keeping to taunt our whole life...so it's not totally our choice, it becomes a compulsion...
This is exactly what was in my mind too. My elder sister's marriage happened the same way. But Allah didn't bless me with the same

Be seeing the title of this clip I'm feeling to speak my heart out... ... My wedding got cancelled jst bcz groom n his family didn't liked venue..... N I my family said We can change venue don't cancel wedding but they didn't agreed.... My wedding was supposed to happen on Feb 24 ,2019....
Got cancel on Jan 9,2019....since that day I cnt tell wt I'm going through..... Kindly remember me while having dua....
It's probably for the good sister. If they couldn't even agree with you on a venue, think of all the things that comes after the marriage. Allah himself has advised not to dwell on things that we lost, because he will replace it with something better if we put our trust in him. Trust the Almighty's plan, say Subhanallah and move on. Allah will surely bless you with a partner who could bring all the goodness of this life and the life after.

Alhamdoulillah me and my husband just made a simple nikah in mosque without any parties only 4 witnesses and thats it! In our religion wedding parties are prohibited! As our prophet Mohammed (saw) said the most blessed marriages are the ones with the less expenses! And Allah knows best!

We used weddings party to actually share the happiness.. Yes it's different from those weddings.. Since we lived in villages.. So we shares food with them as gratitide of the blessing to Allah.. (and all invited actually) We work together too for the wedding..
