this movie '3 idiots' is really famous in Korea as well, i'm sure most of Koreans know this movie!
When we were young, actually we didn't have any dreams.
But after we have 'Aal izz well' mind, we found our dream: TH-cam!

Greetings from Tokyo. I am an Indian who has many Korean friends here (every one of them is so smartt!) .
And I feel that both the countries share the culture in terms of fierce competition and attending the education without thinking what we really want in life.
This is one of the rare movies which talk about the flaws of education system.

I'm a high sch student atm bt dunno what to do and still continue to study hard becoz of parents so ur advice was very much appreciated. I think this movie was relatable to many ppl since many countries seem to have similar education system where there is constant competition & need to be no.1. I've seen and heard alot abt Korean education system n the pressure students have to face. Sky Castle was a great drama too which depicted the wrongs in education systems well.

Education system in Korea and India seems similar, but it's not true. Only rich people in cities can afford it and here we have traditional and conventional teaching. There are still students like me who treat teachers like god.

3 idiots is a very meaningful movie in india as well, watching this reaction reminds me of how realistic it was and still is today, to some extent. I'm a second year college student and i still don't have a dream.
There is a dialogue in this movie i.e. "Success k peeche mt bhaago excellence ka peecha kro, success jhak maarke tumhare pass aaega" said by Rancho. It means don't run for the success, excellence is the key which we make successful as a person. This dialogue really helps me whenever I feel demotivated coz of my studies or grades. This movie is old , it shows India's education system of that time and it is still the same even now and I don't think it would change, Korean have understood practical knowledge is important but Indian education system never understand
