Really enjoyed the live with Sofia-you two addressed 2 of my comments, I was ridiculously thrilled! 😂 So informative and entertaining, you’re both incredibly smart, talented, kind, fun, and approachable. ❤ I picked up the Dior nail and love it, but the Chanel polish was sold out everywhere, so I ordered from Harrods and paid the $45 shipping…only to receive a refund after the other item I picked up just to justify the purchase (Blanc Perle single shadow) was already shipped…so $45 to not ship the Phenomene polish after all. Lesson learned! 😂😂😂 I ended up ordering it from eBay, as it seems sold out everywhere. Love that purple/green shift, that is my favorite color combination. Anyway, agree on the mascara, the burgundy flaked and dried out and was awful, so pass. Initiation was the only other thing in which I was interested, but I’ll probably pass on that since I can dupe it in my collection. Thanks for all the reviews, congrats on 10k!!!! 🎉❤

Love all your looks! I have the Divination palette, both blushes and will be picking up the Initiation palette and Amethyste mascara. Although the Divination palette isn’t for everyone, it looks stunning on some people of color and some with fairer skin tones (neutral-cool/cool olive undertones). On POC, it reads as a neutral/cool tone (and smoky) palette that SHOWS UP on their skin tone. Not Halloween, ghoulish, or spooky. I’m disappointed in the lack of decorum around how some expressed their preferences, including one TH-camr who described the ocre shade as a “puky shade”. Well that shade is some people’s actual SKIN TONE, which makes this a perfect palette for them. Some TH-camrs with deeper skin tones have also reported being harassed/trolled particularly on their Chanel videos featuring these beautiful products that the Comete Collective have created that finally look amazing on their skin tones. These creators have actually had to block people and delete harassing comments. At some point, I hope people will recognize the concept of SHADE INCLUSIVITY. This is 2024.

I am a Chanel fan but this collection initially was a pass for me. I have ended up purchasing and loving the Divination quad with the purple mascara and the lip shade in Secrete. A very lovely warm look with a pop of purple.
I bought the entire collection and I love it. I didn’t think I would. Agree that I want Chanel taking these risks, I only want the formula to be on the level of Prada.
It is great to see Chanel delving into different colour ways. Beats Dior's regurgitated efforts in the last two years. Still, I have been rather conservative with my spending this year. If I were to buy anything, it would be the new Joues Contrast blushes. Like you, the Noir Allure mascara is flakey and smudges on me. I tried the black and last year's red. Both performed badly. Just give us a wider range of Le Volumes please. I msy dabble into drugstore, indie amd so forth, but Chanel remains my consistent rock I always gravitate back to. Their foundations are my holy grails, the loose powder is superb, the Le Volume ticks all boxes, the Rouge Allure and Bloom lipsticks never let me down, the lip liners are still the best performing and the Water Fresh blushes are divine kisses of diffused colour. It is really is only the quads that have my attention wandering elsewhere, sadly.
Just FYI, I'm 48yrs old who has heart ❤️ failure and pulmonary issues with my heart ❤️ 😢 I'm also from Las Vegas area south end actually Henderson zip code south west of the Las Vegas strip ... I will never wear these colours stories (the eyeshadows and the very orange blush), I don’t want a lavender powder, a coloured mascara or new lipsticks and I don’t like all matte finish for eyeshadows. I am waiting for the Holiday collection hopping it will be something more wearable and less innovative.😁 It’s funny that we saw the spring collection eyeshadows and zero info about the Holiday collection. Hi Allfeisty. I just ordered the lavender blush, and the 4 new Fall macaras. I wear false lashes but love adding colored mascaras. Have you tried using a lash primer with the mascaras? I do that with my Lancome colored ones, and it really helps. Thanks for the video.❤

I have so many indie polishes I don't use w the same shift ... Just reminded me 😅this quad is much nicer with pretty colours. I just don't like all matte. I think it would have been very worthwhile for Chanel to release these as a quint in a different format as it is a limited edition anyways. Both quads very much need a shimmer to make these work and appealing to more people. A shimmer topper could be helpful to pull together the odd greens and purples of the other palette too.

Let's go! 10K! 🎉 I love the Noir Allure mascara formula, but I use the La Base mascara primer and the mascara goes over it wet. Zero flaking for me, but my eyelashes are not very long and I don't use multiple coats. So it depends on what one's performance needs are with mascara. I really want the orange blush, but not sure I will pick it up.
Yes, the pink blush doesn’t show up on me as blush, but it smooths out everyone like a finishing powder really well - I’ve just used it to blend out blush, which is difficult for me to blend well for some reason, and it somehow makes my skin glow/brighten under my freckles - it’s kind of amazing - which is unfortunate (sarcasm) bc I was going to send it back but now I’ve got an *extra* step that I need all the time - that’s what I get for being curious and experimenting 😅😂😊
I use a handful of my Korean blushes exactly like this. They have many smooth blurring formulas. The Dior is definitely a dupe of that type of blush. So if you ever run out it's actually not difficult to get the same thing again I have a super fair pastel pink, lilac and peach from Peripera that I use in the exact same way
