🌺 How to Change Facebook Username
To change your Facebook username, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Your Facebook Account:
Open Facebook on your browser or app and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to Settings:
On the app: Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) and go to Settings & Privacy - Settings.
On the browser: Click the profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & Privacy - Settings.
3. Access Personal Information:
In the settings menu, look for Personal Information and click it.
4. Edit Username:
Under your name, click on Username. Enter your desired username.
5. Check Availability:
Facebook will inform you if the username is available. If it's taken, try a different variation.
6. Save Changes:
Once you have an available username, click Save to apply the changes.
Note:
You can change your username only once every 60 days.
The username must be unique and comply with Facebook’s guidelines.
